This is a very kind company, they are responsive to issues. The food they deliver is brilliant and worth the money. The delivery drivers are always really kind and nice, and happy to wait while I put the food into boxes. This company have become a life saver for my illness.

Farm Direct are the best! I have been buying my weekly groceries from Farm Direct for many years and love them. The food is seasonal, local, ethical, fresh and tastes so much better than supermarket groceries. Far less packaging and lovely people!

Farm Direct offers excellent, fresh, and seasonal products, including unique items you won’t find elsewhere. Their selection of meat, fish and cheese is particularly good. A true gem!

The company keeps sending rotten eggs.
It already 2nd time I receive duck eggs that is rotten. I ordered 6 pack of 6 eggs but received 10 packs. Once started to check I realize that half of the eggs completely rotten. And the rest is already old and will go bed very soon. It is disgusting, the customer have to deal with rotten eggs. Not ordering from this company anymore, not recomend to anyone.

The beef i ordered was good quality not seen in normal supermarkets

In the past I have had excellent produce from this company. My last few experiences have been poor. I order something, and completely the wrong product is sent.
This latest one is a good example. I got an email stating English Discovery apples were in stock. I ordered 8kg for family, friends and me. What arrived were Gala apples, and not even English, and two rotten ones in the box.
The mission statement is inspiring and I really want to support this, but supplying foreign standard issue instead of English heritage varieties is not something I want to support.
I have now had a full explanation and offer of refund, which makes me feel a lot better about the situation. The hot weather has been difficult for purveyors of fresh produce, and the logistics are challenging. So I will be putting another order in and hoping for the genuine article - there is nothing to beat our English heritage apples and this is one of very few companies that offer to supply them.

Good quality local seasonal produce, both organic and pesticide free at reasonable prices.Sustainable packaging with minimal plastic in recyclable boxes that can be returned at the next delivery. Very friendly drivers. I like the live tracker sent on the morning of delivery so that you know exactly when to expect the delivery. Occasionally there's the odd off product or poor packing of the boxes with fragile produce below heavier items but complaints are swiftly responded to and refunds offered when possible. The summer fruit offer from my last orders have been exceptionally good.

From the great range of products and easy ordering, to the friendly delivery and excellent quality produce, the whole experience has been brilliant. Receiving a genuine follow-up from Robert at Farm Direct to make sure everything was okay was a lovely touch.

It's refreshing to find a business that genuinely lives its mission rather than just talking about it. Highly recommended.

This was my first and last experience with this company. The customer service was terrible. On the day my order was delivered, I received another invoice with a different amount and was charged again. I called, emailed, and even submitted a contact form through their website, but I never received any response. Very disappointing experience. I would recommend ordering from a company that is more trustworthy.

Farm direct are absolutely brilliant! I’ve been with them for almost a 1 decade now. Really good product, i love how everything is seasonal and from the UK. They are great at communicating if there ever is any issue and they are always offering deals or new and exciting offers.

JUST A CANCELLATION A DAY BEFORE DELIVERY

TELLING YOU BECAUSE THEY CLEARLY DONT RESPECT CUSTOMERS TIME by giving a response that doesn’t address the core issue of not informing people before they start putting basket. It's too late at checkout. Letting items be purchased when chosen as not being collected is poor management. Fancy picking if the order is big enough to make it worth going slightly outside of the zone? Inform of min orders. What an entitlement. Poor poor admin and site and bs instead of constructive action.
I will go directly to farms because this service by third party cannot be a*** to improve anything for the sales benefit.
