Prices are quite lower than in Italian pharmacies, the convenience of having a pharmacy 24-hr and easy-to-use website. It has become my supplement store. Also, delivery times are quite reasonable.

Gentile cliente, ci teniamo a precisare che i tempi di lavorazione dei nostri ordini vanno dalle 12 alle 96 ore lavorative a cui si aggiungono i tempi per la spedizione. Nel suo caso sono stati correttamente rispettati, in quanto il suo ordine è stato lavorato in meno di 24 ore ed affidato al corriere che ha provveduto alla consegna nelle successive giornate lavorative.
La vogliamo inoltre informare che queste tempistiche sono riportare nella sezione termini e condizioni, presenti sul nostro sito. Questo, proprio per garantire un servizio trasparente e corretto ai nostri clienti.

The worst customer service

It would be nice if the company response was true. There's great different between creating the voucher and actually shipping the parcel.DHL delivers in Europe in most cases within 24 hours so don't blame it on the courier. I choose to give you another chance only because you ship with DHL.
They said to contact them when the parcel will reach me and if it's faulty they will return the money. That's another lie as they don't have a policy for faculty items and they request the buyer to return the products at client's cost . Listening to me and NOT shipping on Friday would resolve all problems.
I'm purchasing products that cannot stay outside of refrigerator for more than 48 hours. I asked few times to not ship my order on Friday because the order will be sitting in some storage. Guess what happened? The company shipped it on Friday! And the person I was taking to on customer service was lying to me that it was shipped on Wednesday although I could see that they only created the voucher on Wednesday but it was not shipped by courier. I gave them a second chance and twice they proved they don't listen to their clients. My request was very simple. Now I need to order from somewhere else because the product I will receive is good only for rubbish bin.

Trattandosi di una spedizione estera è normale che i tempi di consegna possano variare leggermente rispetto a quelli standard.
La invitiamo, una volta ricevuto il prodotto, a contattarci tempestivamente per comunicarci l’avvenuta consegna: provvederemo a effettuare tutte le verifiche necessarie per accertare che i tempi di transito non abbiano compromesso l’integrità del prodotto.
Qualora dovessero emergere problematiche legate alla conservazione o qualità, provvederemo al rimborso secondo quanto previsto dalle nostre politiche commerciali.
