Having reviewed your correspondence with our Customer Care team, we can confirm that guidance was provided to help resolve the issue you reported. Based on the information and images you supplied, it was determined that the injection had been over-pressurised during the priming process, which unfortunately resulted in more medication being dispensed than intended.
Although this was not due to a fault with the medication or the injection itself, we offered to supply the treatment at our own cost price as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, this offer was declined.
