Clinically good, poor customer service
Great experience from a clinical perspective. Pre consultation was really thorough, timely communication. My order got dispatched to a completely different address to the one I provided and this made it undeliverable. I reached out to the company who told me I had to wait for the item to be returned, and they would re ship it to me. This was not appropriate to suggest due to the medication needing temperature regulated storage, the cold chain would have been interrupted. After really fighting my case they agreed to ship me another order, but they would not have done this without me pushing for it. No apology or acknowledgment of the company error was made at any point, i’m not particularly sure they even cared.

We are truly sorry to read that you are not completely satisfied with the current experience we are providing to our customers.
From viewing your account information, we can see that the delivery address was marked down as being the same address for delivery. Unfortunately, the courier deemed the address to be incomplete and would arrange for the return of the order.
Our standard protocol is for the parcel to be returned first, so the medication can be safely discarded and for us to also ascertain if there were any mistakes on the delivery label, which would prevent the courier from delivering an order.
Once the issue has been identified, a fresh supply of medication is packaged and dispatched to the appropriate address.

I had a very positive experience with Farmeci. They were extremely professional and thorough when reviewing my prescription, taking the time to carefully assess everything before approving it. Their communication was excellent throughout the process — clear, prompt, and reassuring.
My injection arrived quickly and was packaged perfectly, including ice packs to ensure it stayed at the correct temperature. Everything was in excellent condition on arrival.
I’m very impressed with their service and professionalism and would definitely recommend them to others.
