Very bad experience!
Very bad experience! I ordered some sleeping pills and was kept waiting the entire day until I received an email at 4.30pm saying that my purchase had been declined by the clinician. No reason was given and I was never contacted by the clinician. They are charging me £5 for nothing and delaying my refund by 10 days. This is absolutely terrible service!! A total scam operation.

Thank you for your review. Please note that you were provided a reason on the direct communication chat on your order. In addition, you were informed on the questionnaire that "Please note that if you have not undertaken CBT-I, or there is no clinical reason why it cannot be attempted, you may not meet the criteria for this treatment." As you had not undertaken a prior treatment you were not eligible for the medication.
Also please note that it up to your bank how fast they provide the funds back to you. We refunded the order today and the speed of return of the funds depends on your own bank unfortunately.

Worst company ever
I ordered mounjaro and it never arrived. I rang Farmeci every day but no one answers the phone. I sent 5 messages to their “support” email and only got one reply, saying they could do nothing. I asked for a refund and they never answered me. I am completely left stranded. This company is a scam! Do NOT buy anything from them.

This is the worst online pharmacy I…
This is the worst online pharmacy I have used, they have taken my money and it’s been over 10 days since I placed my order, I have raised that it has not arrived and asked for updates but there has been no acknowledgement of this at all. They say dispatch within 3-5 days - this has not happened. Very very disappointed, I will not be using them again - stick to the better known ones like medexpress etc. I doubt I will get my money back and I am now doubting that I will receive the medication.
EDIT - Lovely passive aggressive answer from the customer services team below too. Order number 117574. Perhaps check your emails as I have emailed asking for a response.
EDIT 2 - I emailed 13/08 where part of my email was responded to, no acknowledgement of my order query I then followed up 16/08 and 17/08 and yes you have just replied following this review I left.
I think you should also revert to your original reply to me stating I was ‘refusing to provide an order number to prove I really had an order’ - this would give customers a much better idea of the customer services team they are dealing with, it took me leaving a bad review to be responded to. Still the worst online pharmacy out there, by a long shot.

We note that you emailed us on 16 August that the Royal Mail tracking was not moving and we responded to you earlier today that your order is being resent and provided you with a tracking number.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the delivery carrier.

For clarity, the delivery service selected was Tracked 24, which refers to delivery within 24 hours after clinical approval and dispatch; it does not guarantee next-day delivery from the time the order is placed.
That said, we completely understand your disappointment and appreciate your feedback. We are continually reviewing our processes to improve the service we provide.
