The roasties were burnt black the carrots rock hard only meat and gravy edible won't be back waste of money

We booked a table family of 9 for breakfast at Cherry tree (Willington). What a shambles. Waited 10 minutes for bacon to come out, another 10 minutes for eggs, no toast or butter. The lady behind the counter was topping up the tomatoes when they splashed all over my missus. Your advertisement states vegetarian sausage (waited 20 minutes as there wasn’t any) no black pudding none in stock apparently.
The food quality I would say was nice, well I’ve tried better vegetarian sausage.
I will try again to actually see if Cherry Tree has taken on board customer reviews.
For £10.99 I’ll go back to one of there competitors where you get more of a verity. I.e cereal, muffins, pancakes, fresh orange juice, yogurt, poached eggs etc.

We visited Cherry Tree Farm Derbyshire today and was served by Amy, who was very attentive and went above and beyond of our expectation in terms of customer service. Nothing was too difficult for her and made our meal very pleasurable. Thank you.

I visited larchwood farm Kidderminster for lunch and was served by a friendly member of the team called Brandon. The service was prompt and the food was lovely will definitely be returning to this restaurant again.

Visited Primrose Farm in Wigan for Christmas Day costing us close to £400. The whole experience was a shambles and appalling - spoilt our Christmas Day. We queued to get in, and took 35 minutes to seat us - we arrived for our 3pm sitting and we’re sat down at 3.35pm and in the kids section which when we booked we specifically asked NOT to be sat there. Our starters arrived in various stages, not together, and my son waited 90 mins for his garlic bread starter. Took 20 mins to get a drink from the bar. Staff has no clue what the hell was going on and seriously appeared to be over booked, a proper shambles. We didn’t stay for our desert as had lost the will and so pickled off. Never seen so many unhappy other customers in one place - do not book Christmas Day lunch here - it wasn’t worth £5 a head never mind £63 per head

We happened on Chestnut Tree Farm in Pinewood when visiting family. We received such a warm welcome and wer seated quickly considering how busy they were. The carvery was amazing plenty of choice and all food was fresh and delicious. The waiting staff were friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend this to other and we saw they do breakfast as well.So next time we are up that way we will definitely be visiting for Breakfast !!

My niece booked a Christmas family meal for 9 people on the 9th December at 7.15pm. Brindley Farm pub
We went and orderd our food at the bar.where you could have 2 courses or 3 courses for a set price.When we tryed to order the 3 courses we told they did not have all the desserts on.
So I decided to only have the 2 courses and order a dessert of the main menu where I was informed half the desserts where all so not available.
Which I decided not to bother having a dessert.
The startes where ok but when We fetched our Carvery it was lukewarm and not that nice.
I should of released has there was only us and half a dozen people in the pub.
Having spent £61 on food and drink I decided to speak to the manger and he was a waste of time.
I would not recommend anybody using this pub its only worth 1 star in my view

Normally on many previous visits had no issues until my family group pre-booked Christmas lunch, lack of organisation, lack of staff, broken machines, seated in wrong place, long delays in removing dirty dishes, long lines at a single till, had to ask 3 times for hour pre-ordered sweets to be brought to us, then they had to ask us what our order was. If this was today hate to be there Christmas day at £65 a head.

We went to half penny farm Sunday for my sisters birthday, the food was terrible veg was rock hard meat was tasteless and so was the gravy, there service was terrible we had to wait 30 minuets for our vouchers for the carvery, then when it came to putting the we couldn't eat it as we had to wait for the table to be cleared and when we asked the lady to clear it she said she would go get someone and still had to wait, and she was very rude, we definitely won't be eating there again

Went to Chapelford Farm in Warrington last night for a pre-Christmas girls get together, we booked the table for 8 of us a couple of weeks ago and wanted to order off the festive menu, but it wasn’t starting until after the weekend. However the team went above and beyond to make our evening special, decorating the table for us with crackers, tablecloths and lighting, it looked amazing. We also had a birthday to celebrate and the birthday girl was surprised with cake and a happy birthday sing song from everyone at the end of the evening. Big shout out to Jordan and Susie for making our evening extra special, it’s something we do every year in a different place but we will definitely be back to Chapelford for our next one! Thankyou again xx

During a recent 2 day visit to Bolton staying at a very poor hotel with a closed restaurant, I needed somewhere to get something to eat. I found the Pine Tree Farm restaurant on the Cutacre estate complex. I found the menus comprehensive, the food delicious, the staff friendly and helpful, I strongly recommend a visit when in the area.

Have eaten at the over hulton pine tree farm several times but never again .... went for my birthday and it was an awfull experience from start to finish... 20 mins to be seated ,several staff and the manager looked at us and walked past. Eventually seated at our reserved table. Was wet, no cutlery and floor was also wet. Food arrived and all 4 meals were tepid . I asked for salad with my meal a d got hot peas next to salad that was brown and black and tasted off. Rejected the meal and asked for a replacment.... just got a bowl of salad... again brown and tasted sour. Asked for the manager for a refund. My son who paid was told it was refunded to the app.... ? What app we paid by card... after 30 mins got a refund for 1 meal ... went to the toilet before leaving , floor covered in urine and toilet covered in feaces sinks were dirty ... disgusting. wont be eating there again

Just been to Larch wood farm! We had a lovely time we were well looked after by the friendly staff and big thank you to Joel, there was a little wait on the food but it was absolutely gorgeous thank you for a great time!

Went to Dearne valley farmhouse. Birdwell. Alison who served us was very attentive with our needs and would recommend her and the staff most highly .

Just visited Beechwood pub grimsby.
Just to say, the stuff were amazing and the food was excellent. Staff are very switched on and Customer Service motivated had a recommended.

Mulberry Tree - Peterborough. Thought they’d sorts out the issues, yet it’s gone downhill again. Waited 40 minutes more our food. Kids veg sticks were dry and had been out for hours. Burgers were both dry and reheated. The carvery salad was awful. Dry and brown leaves. Asked for it to be replaced, only to be given the same again. For £11 was a complete rip off. No apology offered by any staff. Spoken to like we were in the wrong for complaining. Such a shame as they had started to make progress.
