This business/ website is clearly a scam!
I wish I had looked at the previous reviews as my experience has been exactly the same.
I placed an order, my money was taken and an email order confirmation was received. However I have not received my order, nor any further communication. Despite attempts to contact Farmshop Australia through the only option available - their email address, no response has been received.
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

DO NOT USE. This is a scam website. No reply from follow up emails, no delivery of products.

Worst experience of my life , paid through PayPal ( thank goodness ) and after 10 days still no acknowledgement of my order , sent emails 2 different ways , no response , supposedly a great business , no phone number either , would recommend not doing business with them on my experience .

On the 11th Sept 2026 I purchase some goods from FarmShop Australia agricultural on-line marketplace valued at $389.04 inc tax. The money has been taken from my account. An email explaining that the order has been recieved and processed was sent to me. In the email the company said they'll be in touch shortly to confirm payment and shipping. I have not heard from them since. I have contacted them via their contact page a few times but no reponse. There's no number to call. I am concerned that this business may not be legit as the communcation has been lacking, I dont have the goods, and the money taken. Not good!
