Had a good experience using this website. It arrived promptly and the dresses, although made of that nylonie material were lovely. They fit and fall nicely.
I had to return one of the three dresses I bought because it wasn’t really me but I only returned it today so can’t comment on how good they are at refunding but I would definitely buy again from them

I ordered a dress and it was delivered promptly but sadly it did not fit. Have been trying as passed two days to get an address to return it. Customers services email just bounces back saying 'mailbox full' and the Returns portal is not working on their website. I have already read about returns and non compliance reviews so should have taken note of this. Now I am experiencing these for myself. Can anyone advise ??

I've bought lots of dresses from yourselves and have always been very happy with quality,fit,look,delivery etc.
Unfortunately this time when I recieved my order it was too long and too big,I've tried every way of logging onto your returns portal to no avail, so I've left a message on your help page last week and I haven't had any communication from yourselves,you state we have 14 days to return items ,well we are now in 6th day of receiving goods and I need to return,could someone please get in touch with me please ASAP

I have ordered a dress via Debenhams & have repeatedly over a few days tried to send back via your portal. Gets to the end & fails. Emailed customer support says ago for advice & still no reply. Awful company to deal with & I will never buy again.

Sadly ordered through Shop app all my details are correct- says could not deliver . No one contacted me. I have a save place.

Sadly not can’t get through to anyone for my £75 back.

Even though I have proof of return.

Ordered a dress 25/03 for next day delivery, at 10am as per the ‘order by 3pm for next day delivery’, nothing on 26th however thought maybe tomorrow. Emailed on the 27th after no change in status to be replied with ‘sorry, we will look into this’, nothing received but the it’s the weekend, so I thought ‘let me send an email today (29th) for them to pick it up Monday morning’ to be met with an undelivered. My email has been blocked. I was highly polite in the email other than requesting a £6.99 refund for the delivery. First time trying this, I was nervous as hadn’t ordered before however seemed legit with the comments on posts and influencers sharing. Highly recommend avoiding. If you’d like to send my order, that would be greatly appreciated however I’m unable to email you as per my email being rejected. Thanks. Order number #33938

I ordered my dress well over a week ago but this is yet to be received. This is such a shame as from the pictures the dress looked beautiful and I was keen to wear it to an upcoming wedding. I have received on communication from either Fashion Szn or Boohoo who I placed the order through. So disappointed and although the clothes look lovely I certainly won’t be ordering again. Absolutely shambles.

The email address I have been provided with to contact customer services also does not work. IS YOUR WEBSITE A SCAM?

My mailbox is not full & I have copied and pasted the email address so there is no typo. I also don’t know why you would suggest I post my personal email address on a public platform like this - have you no regard for Data Protection?!

Bought this dress in two colours it's lovely very comfortable and stylish quality it great very happy indeed

Ordered 3 dresses all the same size just different patterns and styles, all perfect, great fit, great length. Good quality material. Will definitely order again.

Well at the moment I haven’t received my product!!
They keep saying it’s in stock so I order it and it says dispatched and then nothing!!
They have already refunded shipping fees and one dress. So I re ordered it when stock came in and same thing again??
They’ve refunded shipping fees which is good of them, but why keep saying it’s in stock if it isn’t?? They’ve had my money two weeks now and still no movement on the dress?!!
Fingers crossed it eventually turns up but who knows at this point!!

Ordered 4 dresses for a wedding this month. Decided to return 2 and keep the others for my holidays as not really special enough for a wedding. Fabric is very cheap mesh and sleeves are very long. Returns portal closed less than 14 days from delivery of parcel so had to email and request a return label. Now been waiting 12 days for my refund and on reading these reviews I’m not holding my breath that I will receive in the next 2 days as stated up to 14 days for refund. Would not order from here again and wish I hadn’t bothered in the first place. How can a refund take so long to process? No other clothing company takes this long to refund.

Arrived quickly but was too big,I contacted customer services who answered quickly and were very helpful. I did my returns which they received back within days

I ordered a maxi dress from Boo hoo for a hen weekend , paid £22 for it . On arrival I opened this and was a swimsuit , I tried to return it but not having a printer It wouldn’t let me return without printing a label . I would definitely not order from this company very disappointed as nobody had got back to me . I’ve tried to return it not now saying I’m out of of time .
Not happy at all with getting ripped off

The item was of good quality when it arrived but it’s difficult to imagine what it looks like and feels like once on. The problems are with getting the money back after returning the item.

I purchased a dress before Christmas from fashion Szn (Debenhams) but unfortunately I had to return it, I received an email on the 30/12/25 for order 29535 to say they had received the parcel back and to expect to get refund within 14 days after numerous emails and 21 days later I still havnt received a refund & no reply to my emails, all I want is my refund!!
