Shipping took too long! One of the pieces of my order was missing.... Cheap looking clothes. Not recommended. Will not order from again.

fashion4us is the 1st site I go to when I want to shop online for clothings. Very cooperative customer service. Has a wide variety of choices. However, I think that the search engine on the site needs to be improved so that I can search for items easier with multiple keywords. The only reason I don't usually recomend the site to my friends is because the shipping is high, not all of them can afford the price..

Just received my wedding dress and honeymoon swimwear. They are just plainly gorgeous. You get what you pay for, period.

The days of shipment were not accurate on the website. The seller uses the longest days to ship out the products, but it did not include the times that they spend in the China or Hong Kong to US, then from U. S. to the final locations (customers). If they missed the product(s) which did not come with the original packages, the customers will suffer the longer wait time. The customer service just replied because that was "shipping again with free of charge"!! The seller forgot that the customer paid the shipping fee including the missing items in the very beginning, but the shipping department omitted the products which were not customers faults. The seller should be responsible to ship out the missing products ASAP. Unfortunately, the seller did not realize that. In the reply e-mail, sounded like they are doing a favor to the customer, not their faults.

The sizes are not accurate. One time I brought 2 same style clothes, but in different colors. One size is very obvious much smaller than other. Since it was not worthy to ship back, I kept it and sent to salvation army later. There is no product control.

Another time, there were 2 broken holes on the new sweater. They did not check, but just shipped them out.

The only reason that I still order from them because there are some unique styles which might not have seen in U.S.

good - the models ( i've ordered mix2) are really good. I mean, unique. Standing out of all that h&m, pullandbear, zara stuff.
But the quality was not that good as i've expected.

I very like all fashion from fashion 4,all the clothes is same with picture and good material,I very happy with all clothes I chose from online.....fashion 4 Is The Best!!iand all clothes make me crazy....I bought so many clothes only for my self.....and I plain to chose again from online.....so exited!!!!

The shipment was delayed for almost 1 month. They don't really have customer service. You have to inquire again, again and again and even get false feedback. They earn great profit too. goods are pricy and of low quality. I would not consider shopping there again. Good luck.

I absolutely love fashion4us. They have so many dresses that I like. More and more beautiful styles coming everydate that make me crazy but my pocket is limited.
I got my 4 orders today and I look so lovely on the cloth. I will buy more next week....
