I sent multiple emails asking how much it would cost to send some clothes back, saying if it was too much I'll take the deal they offered. They never got back to me. Five emails later still no reply. But hey, they still send things promoting their things.

Great experience! Products look exactly like the pictures!
I’m really happy with my first order from Fashion Chingu! The clothes are exactly as pictured, and the quality is better than I expected for the price.
Shipping took a bit of time (as expected with international orders), but I knew that going in, and they kept me updated throughout, which was nice. The customer service team is super friendly and quick to respond, which made the whole experience even better.
Overall, a great place to shop if you’re into K-pop fashion. I’ll definitely be back for more!

The first oudere I placed was canceled later they said they would send it over to me and then I got an email saying it was out of stock. After a lot of emails I got my money back and when I orders something else everything went smoothly.

I love this shirt, it looks exactly like the pictures. The material is quite thin but not too thin, the hood is not too small for my kinda big head. The drawstrings are too long for my taste but it's okay

Packet never came, don't want to refund my money
I saw this website got prefer by one of the famous TikTok er. Saw all the positive in here and decide to purchase. My packet never came I been emailed back and forth with them more than 20 emails but still got the same answer, no solution no refund. Buy at your own risk.

I know it is been a little while since you're waiting on your package, but it seems that it got lost and in those cases, we are waiting a little while before we're sending the package out once more, to be assured that it is not popping up somewhere after a week or so. This happens very rarely, but in the process of shipping items over half of the globe unfortunately sometimes delivery services are losing a parcel. It's a very unfortunate situation for us as well. Rest assured we will do everything to get you the parcel or you're getting a full refund, there is absolutely no doubt about that.
