Failing to honour their guarantee
I placed an order for a Blackview Ultra in August 2015. It arrived in September. Order number SN2015080183197. In March/April this year the rear camera started playing up and finally isn't recognised by the phone and doesn't work at all.I contacted the helpline and over a period of 2 months I keep being asked for a video of the problem, which I send, then they tell me it's a broken camera which I can send the phone back for. I ask for an address and the reply is "please send us a video of the problem and an explanation". I do this again and then I get the reply that the camera is broken and they will repair it. I ask for an address and the reply comes back "please send us a video.............. This is utter rubbish service. I need my phone, I like the Blackview but Fastcardtech.........nah. 15 emails from me, 8 posts to the next nine support and numerous attempted phone calls which aren't answered.I doubt I'll ever go there again.

Crook! Avoid this website!!!
I bought two phones in November for an interesting price (LG G3 for less than 200 USD a unit).
One phone works (even if the battery looks to be dead, yet!), the other one does not and never worked (black camera and rebooting more than 20 times a day). The customer service told me to check many things like making a video of the trouble, doing a factory reset, trying a hard factory reset with the LG PC Suite and so on... We talked during several weeks and they finally accept me to return the phone. HOWEVER! When they received the phone (around 20 days later as I live in France), they did not want to refund me because the delays of three months (hidden in the terms&conditions) were passed. This delay is ridiculous with such a shipping distance and when the customer service does everything to slow down the process and make this delay outdated.
I thought PayPal protected me but I was wrong. PayPal simply told me that they cannot process to the refund as the condition for a refund are not covered.
Today, I paid $200 for the phone, $27 for the return fees and $15 for the repair. And I am pretty sure that I will receive the phone with the same reboot or battery defects.
No refund, no exchange, no quality, crook client service. I will never order anymore and I regret having ordered (I will never order phones in china moreover).

2 years ago I bought their phone, but dropped by my son,
I just try to contact them for fix it,because of over this site one year warranty.
Finally, they help me to fixed it, of course, took me 20 dollars, and now be my son's toy.
Not bad service but should better for more longer time warranty.
1 year is too short.

I've ordered from FCT three times, but NEVER AGAIN.
Delivery was always fine, but on the last order my phone came with a Chinese version not Google Play as ordered. Getting any meaningful tech support has been impossible. My phone has been all but unusable for the last 9 months. Use a different vendor.
UPDATE - FCT finally did get in touch and resolve the problem to my satisfaction.

Everything was as expected
I bought a refurbished mobile phone - Lg G2.
Payed with Paypal, it was shipped 7 days later using Singapore post registered.
Tracking number was correct and I got the phone 1 month later.
Condition of the phone was perfect so was the price at 95 us dollars.
I can not judge their after sales support but for this transaction I can say that is was as expected to be .
Stay well clear...
I wish I'd read the reviews before I bought from these people, I ordered 2 phones on the 14th Dec, via DHL, took over 3 weeks to arrive. Samsung S5 G900f was faulty, and the Redmi Mi note had no google services installed which I paid to have installed.
Their customer services are just a shambles. They're rude, which I find bizarre, as normally Chinese people are very nice, and professional.
I urge you, please do not use these people, I'm sure it's great when everything goes smoothly, but when things go wrong, they don't have systems in place to make them right.

guys do not order on this site, there customer service is really bad the do not support the customers at oll,
the still have to pay my tax (waiting 2 moths now)
there techsupport doesn't replay on my messeges
the apps like google play facebook and more aps are not working!
the tablet works like 45% of a normal tablet it keeps getting bugged and falling off at 80% battery. so the tablet needed to be charged in the whole time

Experience buying 2 phones from FCT
I have bought 2 phones from FCT at different times and found them to be excellent. You have to expect that it will take 4-6 weeks for delivery and be patient. A lot of the phones they supply are clones so you cannot expect the same power as the originals for 1/3 of the price, but the ones I have bought worked very well and FCT answered my questions promptly.

Obviously a scam
I ordered the Goophone i6 Plus and as soon as it arrived it was faulty. Battery was dying after 3 hours of normal use, it took forever to charge and the sound volume was so low I could hardly hear the caller.
I asked for a return, no reply. I sent a request for more info, no reply. As soon as I sent a new message saying that I make a claim to my credit card company for a full refund, I get a mail that is what you would expect from a genuine thug and scammer.
I don't know if I will ever manage to get my money back but whatever you do NEVER BUY anything from this scam piece of "company"! It will be like flushing your hard earned money down the toilet.
The credit card company should be also held liable for making business with thieved like this.
