I bought a sd card from them and after less than 3 months it stopped working and i lost all my data. The sd card was covered by a 2 year warranty as advertised on the page. When i asked to return and get a new one, they kept deleting my requests. They are good at taking your hard earned money and afterwards they just ignore you. Beware friends!

Hi,
I received several phones from fastcardtech, but the last does not arrived.
It was a year ago. They keep telling me that the phone is here, but i did not received it.
The tracking number (RE630232279SE) shows the item is still in transit.
Direct link told me,that they have made contact with them and they should refund me the money. But no reaction from fastcardtech.
Now i'm buying from Aliexpress and i'm pleased so far.

If you consider buying something here: be prepared to get a good piece of equipment for a very low price.
But be also prepared to throw it in the garbage the moment it stops working.
Do not send a broken item back. You will have to pay for shipping and you will never see your item, or your money back. They just deny to have received the item, though track&trace says it is delivered.
So buy a nice cheap phone or tablet but don't expect any support or warranty the moment it stops working.

sory for the bad review but i have to tell tuo i ask for samsung logo no logo .memory folty.and the fhone bloks all the time and i tell you when i get it but you tell me to send it bak but to send it bak 80 euro and you give me 10 euro bak [good]

Hi my name is Chris and i take for this store two mobile clones for the money who spend its very good.In one case i pay 298 $ for one note 3 n9000 exynos and because i dont want this phone the store refund me all the money through paypal.Its very important to know for all china stores they have good clone phones and dont wait to take phones like original if you want this phones must pay 600-900 $.Thanks a lot!

I purchased a HDC Galaxy S4 Legend, which was advertised as working on the 850Mhz band. It was advertised falsely, and did not work.

I returned the phone, at my expense. I had the tracking information, and fought with the company for months about the fact that it had been delivered. After sending them all the tracking information, they conceded, and offered an exchange for merchandise (they were unwilling to refund me).

I agreed. We settled on a product. They wanted $28.50 for shipping. I paid it. They then did not ship the product, instead asked me to choose a new product.

I chose another product. They wanted another $25.00 to cover shipping. I explained that I had paid $28.50 to cover shipping for the product they did not ship. THey did not care.

I warn anyone thinking of buying anything with this company. Horrible customer service, unethical employees, rip off artists.

I have bought from them few devices- they sent them with huge delays- last shipment last 6 months. Recently on of mu phones Nemwan N2 was broken- it was under warrantee- I ship it for them for repair. After they received it they have answered that they cannot repair and send it back to me. This shows they monkey attitude towards clients- they simply fake . I do not suggest buy from them more.

I have returned TWO phones to this shower for their promised repair or refund but they refuse to do anything with these. I am less worried about the quality of the phones and more annoyed about their poor customer service.

You have been warned - buy from these crooks at your peril.

I made a order from this guys, and paid by bank transfer.
Some fees that I didnt knew nothing about were deducted, and they got a little bit more than half of the amount, not enough to cover the cost of the order.
I got in touch with them, and told what happened and asked for them to please cancel the order, and transfer what was left of the money to my paypal account.It´s been days since I havent heard from them, skype customer support says it cant be resolved by them.
After a long time I finnaly got an email from them sugesting that I order a cheaper phone. When I told them I didnt want a cheaper phone and prefered the money restitution (at a loss since I already had lost 40 Euros in fees) they told me its not and I quote "company police" and they couldnt do that. They only could transfer the amount to my Fastcardtech member (not for long) account!
In short they will promise you everything untill they get their hands in YOUR MONEY, but after that kiss it goodbye!
Friendly advice: KEEP FAR FAR AWAY FROM FASTCARDTECH

first time i purchased from this company, for some reason they have to change the shipping method. you know, there is the difference i need to pay, but the guys didn't ask me for any additional cost, and they also sent free gift to me. this feeback from a happy customer. i am sure that i will choose this site again. recommend!!!

Había comprado varios moviles a esta empresa china.
Todo parecía que iba correcto hasta un día que compre un movil similar al Galaxy S4.
Lo recibo, lo enciendo y que maravilla, que brillo de pantalla, que delgado. Como venía con menos de media carga lo puse a cargar y cuando lo desconecté para llevarme mi flamante movil... opsss la pantalla no enciende, me llamo y el telefono si suena pero la pantalla negra. Bueno algun día tenía que suceder, vamos a tirar de servicio técnico.... Aquí empieza mi tortura. Les envio el movil certificado y con acuse de recibo. Hago la reclamacion en Pay Pal. Como resulta que en China no graban los estados de traking no puedo demostrar a Pay Pal que lo he devuelto y me cierran la disputa (muy mal por Pay Pal ahora uso Visa) En Fastechcard me dicen que el movil está en reparación y que cuando lo reparen me diran algo. 2 meses despues ya ni me contestan. En fin 180€ a la basura. Para mi se han terminado los experimentos. Solo quiero moviles con garantía de 2 años y aquí en casita. Espero que os sirva de ayuda. Saludos.

Everything seemed to be going right until one day buy a phone like the Galaxy S4.
I receive it , I turn it on and wonder, that screen brightness, that thin. As came with less than half charged and I put it to charge when I unplugged it to take my new mobile ... Opsss the screen does not turn , I called and the phone if it rings but the black screen . Well it had to happen someday , we'll pull service .... Here begins my torture. I send the phone certificate and acknowledgment. I make the claim on Pay Pal . As China is not recorded in the states of traking no Pay Pal I can show that I have returned and I close the dispute (very bad now use Pay Pal Visa ) In Fastechcard tell me that the phone is being repaired and when they I will say something repaired . Two months later I do not even answer . In order € 180 in the trash. For my experiments have been completed . I just want phones with 2 year warranty and here in house . Hope you helps. regards

i'm currently strugling to get my funds returned after a ~3month waiting period and changing the phone model I ordered 4 times.. The first time they said the model is out of stock, when it was listed as ins tock. The second time too. the third time I asked them if the phone was in stock and they said "yes dear", soon after that they said:"sorry but this model bad". what? THE LOW PRICES COME WITH A COST OF YOUR TIME

Ordered an HDC Note 3 from them and paid through Paypal. They provided a Singapore shipping number and the next day told me the phone is out of stock and was not shipped. Meaning fake shipping number. The same time the same phone is still listed on their website as "in stock" and questions of potential customers are answered.

They told me to choose an alternative phone which I did with another HDC. 35$ more expensive which difference I paid. They did not ship, after a number of reminder they provided again the same (!) fake shipping number as before. So the item was never ever intended to be shipped. They play for money to get over the 45 days to launch a Paypal dispute. So be careful.

Currently dispute for full refund is ongoing.

Stay away from these scammers!

Well i just bought a phone from this guys and it was really a bad choice, not for the phone but for the service.
I made my order by ems because its cheaper faster and has less problems with customs, but since they had a problem, fct decided to change the company and sent it by dhl, which is very bad on this kind of stuff.
resuming they change it to dhl without asking, because if they did i didn´t wanna id prefer waiting .
So this changes made by fct without my consentiment costs me extra 125$!
SO DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I had ordered HDC Galaxy Note 2 GT H7100 ,instead I recieved a defective HDC S4 GT-i9500. The phone I recieved does not work properly and it discharges after 2.30 hours. I changed the batteries and still this issue remained. The phone is practically unusable! I tried contacting support but they never gave me a proper solution, they won't refund and the wont send me the proper phone.

STAY AWAY, I MEAN, SERIOUSLY. First of all, phone received 2 months after declared date of supply, I understand, China :-) BUT, telephone broken after 4 weeks of moderate use. NOW THE JOKE: they require that you send $30 CASH to them in order to get the repaired phone back. PayPal option strictly denied, why, would you think. THIS IS WHY: now they tell me they DID NOT GET THE MONEY I SENT and want MORE MONEY! So far, I have been waiting for more than 2 months, having neither money, nor the phone...
So if you do not want to share my fate, look elsewhere....

I've paid for a mobile phone but never get it.

i bought a 170€ phone from this store. after 3 weeks phone came but was faulty. they even posted online that the phone was faulty but still they send it. so instead of me using it, now they are telling me to fix it myself. i sent the unit back to them so they can send me back my money or send me a working phone or have them fix the phone as per their ads description.

now they are totally silent after several follow-ups. no correspondence whatsoeveer. i consider my money now lost. i will never risk buying chinese made products ever ever again.

dont trust this chinese seller. always posting western models in their ads, but beware. read the reviews, not the things they post in their online site or youtube. cheap products but faulty. even paypal wont help you.
