They cancelled an order and said it was at my request which is a complete lie. It also says your order has not been refunded so now I will have to do a chargeback.

Poor Untruthful Customer Service
Very poor response time and false information. I tried to cancel an order for a backordered item and they said it was already shipped, but the label was printed but no shipment was ever scanned. When I followed up 6 days later since they hadn't actually shipped it, they said that it was shipped the day before (note they said the same thing a week before), but it still has not been scanned as shipped. They state that USPS never scanned the packages, but I'm led to believe that they are not telling the truth and refusing to refund since they said they shipped it "the day before" twice, almost a week apart.
