Honestly, I was stressed and overwhelmed with the idea of the process and paperwork filing for a divorce, then add in the potential high cost. I was depressed and introverted, the last thing I wanted was to go see a lawyer or leave my house.
I used Fast Florida Divorce, not even knowing if it was legit. I started, then stopped, then started the online process a few times, dragging my feet. This company was patient, didnt do more than occasional email reminders I had steps left. And when I finally went all in, it was FAST and easy. All online, i spent less than $1000 combined with their legal fee and the courts fee. I am legally divorced within days of my final payment. I would recommend them 10/10 for anyone who doesn't want the hassle of going to meeting and court in person.

Yes, you're paying a little more than you would by doing this on your own, but the attorneys with Fast Florida Divorce made this process super convenient for me.

My ex-husband and I were separated for a year and then he moved to North Carolina. I started out by filling a questionnaire. When I found out we qualified, I paid $195 fee for the attorney to gather all the correct paperwork. This was perfect because the attorney gathered exactly everything we would need. Since we had a simple, uncontested dissolution of marriage case, we were able to get waivers, as well; which made the process move along much quicker.

After the initial fee, I paid $176 for the online notary. Again, this option is pricier, but it was super convenient. We were seen online by the notary within five minutes, and my spouse was able to get his notary done despite living out of state.

Once our documents were notarized, I paid $484 for the filing fee. It was $75 through the Fast Florida Divorce services and the court fees were $409. Once our case was filed, the judge granted us final judgment within two weeks! Again, due to having waivers, we did not have to wait the mandatory 20-day waiting period.

I started my process in mid-January and was legally divorced by April 16. The only reason this process took so long for me was due to finances; I had to wait in between paychecks to pay for any additional fees, since I was the only one paying for this process.

So, yes; I paid about $855 in total, which is more expensive than what you'd spend getting the documents from the court yourself. However, there were no hiccups at all. Every document was correct. They connected me to a notary, e-filed to the court for me, and kept me in the loop about my case at all times. Customer support was incredible and always answered my questions immediately (and yes, they do have a customer support center you can call; they answered all my questions).
