I deposited real money, received a bonus, completed wagering, and won over €1,500. After finishing wagering, Fastslots approved a €400 withdrawal — which was never paid.
Later, they claimed my winnings were void because I placed two bets of €12 while a bonus was active.
Here’s the truth:
Those €12 bets lost and generated €0 winnings
All big wins came from €3.00 and €1.80 bets, which are within their own bonus limits
Their system allowed the bets, gave no warning, and still approved my withdrawal
Only after I asked where my money was, they reversed everything
They used losing bets as an excuse to void legitimate winnings from allowed bets. This is classic bonus abuse logic and extremely unfair.
No payment. No accountability. Just excuses.
Avoid if you value your money.

Account repeatedly suspended and withdrawals not paid
I have experienced repeated issues with FastSlots:
• On October 2, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of €175. My account was immediately suspended and reopened several hours later, with no explanation.
• On October 4, 2025, I requested €305. My account was again blocked, and the withdrawal has not been credited.
I contacted support via email and live chat multiple times, but received no response.
I have kept all evidence (screenshots, transaction history, chat logs, emails) and have contacted my bank for a chargeback. I have also informed the Hellenic Gaming Commission and Cyber Crime Division.
This clearly shows a pattern of account blocking and withholding funds, and I cannot recommend FastSlots. I strongly advise caution before depositing any money.
After FastSlots requested full KYC verification (ID, selfie, and bank statement), I provided all requested documents immediately and followed every instruction exactly as asked.
My account remains suspended without explanation, and despite sending four follow-up emails, I have received no reply or confirmation from the support team for many hours.
This is now the second time my account has been closed right after a withdrawal request (the previous time was on October 2, 2025 for €175).
At this point, it is clear that FastSlots delays or ignores legitimate withdrawals.
I have all emails and proof documented and will proceed with bank dispute (chargeback) and official complaints to the Hellenic Gaming Commission and Cyber Crime Division if the issue is not resolved soon.

As long as you lose,this casino is fantastic!!
Fast,nice games, everything nice until you start winning,when the real face of this scam comes up!
I opened an account,made a deposit of 100€ and started playing slots..at firsts I was losing,but my luck turned and I ended up winning 100€ more,so when I made a withdrawal, after the classic delay everyone is complaining here as I see,they asked me for further verification of my account.
I did it successfully and I was then waiting for MY MONEY!!!!!!
But the surprise came...they locked up my account and took all my money (the ones I withdrawed and some change I left inside!
The excuse was "breach of terms" but when I asked them to be more specific,of course they gave me nothing,as there was nothing,this was made by them to steal my money!
If you read this before you put money there you are lucky and you can stay away from them!!

Good and Bad
Just started here to play, and i have to say the experience is pretty good. Nice RTP and the wagering is also good. So here comes the bad.. after i won a big amount of money and try to withdrawal it, there the bad will happen. My withdrawal is now 3 days, almost 4 days pending. I reached out several times to the Live Chat, but all i get are the standard answers. No one could help me further, only telling me i have to be patient and wait until its approved.
So for the people who want to play here, be aware that it takes way to long before you get your money... 'if you get your money tho, that is still not sure'
I'll keep you updated if there changes anything.
For now ill leave a 3 star review. When case is solved ill upgrade the review.
