Ordered a Lipo battery, they could not have more accommodating to get it out to me next day
will use again

Great Experience with buying new pistol, spoke to Paul who has a wealth of knowledge and happy to find the right piece of kit for you. I needed a new pistol for Saturday ordered today and will be here for Tomorrow, what more can you ask for, best customer service you could ask for and ignore the earlier bad reviews as now under new Management.

One of the best customer service experience's I have had in a long time.. I've spoken to Paul at Fat Bob's 3-4 times during the past week who offered fantastic advice on airsoft brands and gun choice. Once chosen he went extra lengths to try a number of batteries at different size/price points to ensure it would be right. Package came quickly and better than expected as inside was a free ticket to their airsoft site and an extra high cap mag. Will be returning to purchase the rest of what I need over the next few months!

Fantastic communication and help from start to finish with the purchase of my first gun. Unfortunately the gun I first chose to purchase sold out over the weekend but Paul was very helpful and fast with helping me pick a similar gun. The communication from these was second to non and one of the best customer service I have recieved in a long time, always happy to help. 10/10 would recommend purchasing from Fat Bobs.

Orderded a Raven 1911 MEU pistol with 5 extra magazines.
Friendly staff and very good communication with me for ordering my items and for dispatching as they were on back order. Delivery was fast and arrived on time.
Highly recommend based on my shopping experience.

First class customer service, very friendly and will answer any queries and sort any problems that you may have.
I had a leaking gas mag which was fixed and returned to me extremely quickly as they knew that it was my only one and getting your hands on this particular type is near enough impossible at the moment. I got it ready for my next airsoft game at the weekend, very much appreciated.
Will continue to use them for my airsofting needs, always good to know that friendly service and great support is there if you need it.

Absolutely terrible customer service by Andy especially. Ordered an item that was not packaged correctly for shipping and arrived damaged. Sent one email it was ignored sent a secondary t was answered and i was told to claim MYSELF from parcel force. It doesn't work like that 'Andy you didn't package it and it was damaged so YOU claim from the courier' his reply send it back for a refund. In a separate email i asked him if he would be covering the return postage as it was not up to me to do so as the item arrived damaged. No reply since. I have given him enough time to reply before i send this review.

Their customer service stinks avoid this company at all costs

After using fat bobs I can say Andy is a very good guy I have ordered from them on a few occasions and although hard to reach on the phone I guess there very busy but Andy has sorted any problems I have had all together a great place to get your airsoft/paintball equipment from

I have paid for a BT DELTA marker gun that cost me 183,29 pounds plus two more items.They sent me a wrong marker that was the BT COMBAT which costs 116 pounds.I have reposted back the wrong item the same day that I received it.

Everyone can check as a proof that the wrong marker was reposted back and received on 8th of July and you can check it online on PARCELFORCE.COM with the following tracking ID number TWDL5411762GB.That cost me plus 16,25 pounds for next day delivery on postage.I have also a photograph of the wrong marker as a second proof when I will go to the police station to report it when I will return back to the UK in August.

I have sent more than 15 e-mails to ask for refund but they ignored all my e-mails.Then I phoned them more than 20 times to ask for refund and everytime they were telling me that they will do the refund as soon as they will get the wrong marker back.They received the wrong marker on 8th of July as you can confirm it on PARCELFORCE.COM. Today I phoned them again and they lied to me once more by telling me that they refunded me already.They keep lying and make me feel stupid. I am really upset from this situation because it's been one month plainly deceiving me.

I will take legal action against that company as soon as I return back to the UK.

I do not recommend that company because they are untrustworthy, unreliable and they insist on their lies with the purpose of stealing your money even if it's plain that they lie.
That was the worst customer service I ever had in my life.I feel so pissed off and angry with them.I hope that I can help more people to avoid that company.
