Terrible,wish i had looked for reviews first.we ordered chocolates and sweets for wedding favour boxes.never recieved our order,we have sent numerous emails and are being completely ignored.

Never received my order.
Contacted them and never got a response.

I place an order in 22 of July and Im still waiting my wedding is 9 of September and still don’t have any clue when it will be deliver. I send a form an the replied was a tracking number saying that the courie rstill didn’t received the parcel.
I was hoping to buy more things but after this ..:: better to avoid

A last-minute job fell into my lap and a few vendors couldn't deliver the chocolates I needed by the end of the week. Called up Favour This after finding them through Google, and they managed to get my chocolate order out very quickly. The next day, another vendor fell through so I called Favour This after they had been so helpful the first time and they managed to get my yellow organza bags turned around and on my desk the very next day. Plus the colours look even better in person! I'm a first-time user, and I'll certainly use them again! Highly recommend!

This is another review because in dealing with this company after I have complained they have breached GDPR not once but twice. When I contacted them they replied giving me names of another person who had been in contact with them and as you can see they have replied to my previous review stating a few things that aren't anything to do with me. So once again giving out information about their dealings with another customer. Once again I'd say this is a very unreliable company and not to be trusted. They had not verified who I was or knew my name and they were handing out buts if information and giving me other customers name. I will be writing a complaint about this to the Information Commissioner Office.

Prompt and efficient service. They chased up a query over my order and sorted it out and completed the order.

I ordered in July and still not received my order! Wedding has been and gone and cannot get through to this company, to be fair their is a line to say there is a delay but it’s been five weeks!

The quality of the items were delightfully special.

The delivery of the order was prompt and efficient.
The little filigree favours containing the golden sweet almonds, sourced from the same company made a pretty table decoration and lovely gift for each guest at my Golden Wedding Anniversary dinner.

I would score the 20 out of 10 for excellent quality and excellent service.
I highly recommend them as a firm for reliability when one is searching to complete a special occasion

Placed an order with this company on the 14th July and I'm still waiting,pointless using their online from because no-one replies,would have been quicker ordering from China considering this is a UK company,when ordering items were in stock so why its taking this long is beyond me,probably blame covid,absolute waste of time as my wedding has now passed,lesson learned,never again,AVOID

We ordered heart foil wrapped chocolates for our wedding favours and whilst our guests we eating the chocolates on our wedding day, they found them contaminated with maggots. This has now resulted in family members having a sickness and diarrhoea. Do not buy chocolates or food from this company. We are seeking legal advice and looking into this matter further.

I ordered all my favour boxes and accessories from here. I received excellent customer service. I did order 20 green boxes and the lady called to let me know they only had ten left, which was not a problem as I was using an assortment of colours, she was also really helpful with my ribbon choice and adjusted my order with colours to match and my delivery was received within a couple of days. I then ordered some extra diamanté stickers and they arrived promptly too. Thank you so much. Great experience and stress free!

Paid for 1st class delivery on 5th June to ensure delivery on time for the event. Today is the 24th and I recieved the dispatch notification at 7pm today.... and they don't accept returns so will be stuck with items that are now useless to me.

Disgusted with the service placed an order a month ago still not received it no one answers the phone and they don’t reply to the query form on the website. Rip off taking peoples money and not sending products out!!!

They had sent me an email saying due to demand my order would be a little late, this email went straight to my junk box so I missed reading it

Not happy with the service, the goods I ordered were not in stock but I was only informed afterwards. Still waiting for goods to be received.

Great company, goods arrived on time as promised and a pleasant experience with my enquiries. I would use them again.
