My wife and I contacted Nadia Kurdasova before we made our move to Phuket. I asked her to look for a suitable apartment for us. She sent a few possibilities..I told her the things I didn't like and she said she would get back to me. Unlike so many people I have dealt with Nadia actually listened and came back with the perfect apartment!! She was also helpful in facilitating the money transfer, going out of her way to help. She also responded promptly to any questions I had. She is a very able agent and it was a pleasure working with her!!

Simon and Nong helped me purchase a great property on Springfield Golf Resort in Thailand. Before we got there, they showed me many other properties and were invaluable with their knowledge of the local market and the key players.
In the end I decided to build instead of buy, so they found the land and we bought that.

I submitted an offer on a condo and the landlord accepted. The next step says someone from FazWaz will contact you to start the process… nobody ever reached out. So I submitted an offer on another condo and the landlord accepted, again nobody from FazWaz reached out… I tried contacting support multiple times with no response. I’m not sure what FazWaz actually does, but it’s seeming more and more like a scam.

Simon & Nong were our agents and they exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful to them - they took the time to show us multiple properties, followed our directives & offered sound advice. They were both extremely knowledgeable, professional and really cared (which is rare) that we were happy. We cannot thank them enough for their exceptional service throughout the process and their after sales service too! If you’re looking for an agent in Hua Hin I’d highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service. Emailed a request and heard back from the agent Nai within an hour. We visited a few properties and he was always there before us so no waiting around in lobbys. Once we had put a deposit down on a property Nai answered all of the questions we had, as and when we asked them. He found the correct information rather than fobbing us off and was always avaialble to contact. He helped make the move an easy transition. Would definitely recommend using Fazwaz,thanks to the helpful service we had throughout the process.

I have contacted Fazwaz several times as i am looking for a condo in Pattaya. They have NEVER responded to my messages and have told me by phone that i have to wait for one of their agents to contact me. Very poor service in my opinion.

David Herzog was able to find us exactly what we were looking for in a short period of time. His honesty, integrity and work ethic was beyond any expectations.He is an asset to FazWaz not only by representing this company in the best light but at the same time he speaks very highly of who he represents.

I would recommend FazWaz to anybody thinking about buying or selling in Thailand. Our agent Ranya was very helpful and responsive, even outside of work hours. She helped us find the right condo in Bangkok and assisted throughout the process and continues to assist in matters after the purchase was completed. I recently purchased my first property in Thailand
and had an excellent experience with Faz Waz. Working with Jason Thelen was a real pleasure, he was right there with me at every step of the process and went out of his way to ensure that I was well-informed, comfortable, and engaged throughout every step of the process from search to closing. Buying property in a new country can be challenging, but Jason's integrity and transparency helped greatly to create an excellent experience.

Khun Rai helped us find an excellent condo, exactly what we were looking for. She worked hard to show us many choices.
