Good value, but.....

Good value, but unfortunately the pictures they used of my items are of the genuine item.
Mines are not quite the same, and unfortunately one of the colours is totally wrong, making it a brass neck wearing it in public. If it wasn't for the colour mistake it would have been perfectly acceptable.

Customer Service is ZERO, Stay clear of them

Don't trust this company, especially as they don't abide by their "OUR MISSION" statement. I've sent many emails, all answered by someone called JHON, except for the last 5 were I have had no reply. This company are terrible. Hello, minor imperfections are unavoidable with products. We cannot directly send replacements. Thank you for your understanding. The reply I had from this Company, today!!! On their Website they say, ---- Our Mission
