BAD SERVICE
They make me wait for 2 weeks to ship a graphics card and then when the shipping time closes by, they email me saying their supplier cannot get the GPU, so they will just delete my order. Very very bad service!

I'm ofcourse very sad we couldn't deliver the graphics card that you wanted.
But let's get the timeline straight. You ordered a graphics card that wasn't in stock on friday 6th of may at 23:51. We gave you an expected date for when we could possibly get the product and by the 12th of may we received information from our supplier that we can't acquire the graphics card.
So it's closer five days including the weekend that you had to wait. The order was deleted because it was no longer possible for us to acquire the ordered product.
We are sorry it wasn't possible to acquire the graphics card you so deeply desired.
On our webpage you can see we currently have the entry cards for the 3000 series graphics cards in stock, so you can see if one of those fits your desires.
