Never use this company

Never use this company! Let alone in connection with other providers: you will pay a fortune for every single little scratch when you return your rental car because FDM will look for every single insignificant scratch so they can participate in the system.
Stay safe; stay away; you will pay a small fortune.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations.

We would like to clarify that FDM does not determine the criteria used to assess the vehicle upon return. The inspection is carried out solely in accordance with the relevant leasing company’s guidelines for normal wear and tear and damages, and these are the criteria we are obliged to follow.

Furthermore, FDM does not set the prices for the repair of any damages. Any assessments are based on the leasing company’s pricing and applicable evaluation standards.

FDM Silkeborg worst experience ever

I went to FDM Silkeborg. Very rude employers! They made a check for a car leasing termination and reported damages to pay that were not true. I asked to have my car back to make a check elsewhere and they refused to give me my keys back and let me go telling that once in their center the car is theirs! It has been a complete rip off! I’ll never take a car leasing again with a Company that use FDM for the final check.

Expect Yes or No answers

Had a tyre check today as I felt unsure about my current winter tyres as well as the tyre pressure light appearing. I was really hoping to get some answers and advice but this really is an in and out operation. No time to ask questions or really understand any issues. All they can do is give you ‘yes no’ answers and tell you to read the report…the report tells you nothing either. I had specific questions on current tyre pressure and what they had adjusted my tyre pressure to but they just pointed at the inner door instructions…which I already knew. If you’ve made changes to my car why are you not forthcoming with them?

Asking questions was like talking to a brick wall. I had to really push to understand what my next steps should be.

Felt like I could’ve had a better experience and felt more at ease if I had just googled the questions I had. It was a waste of time.

Just delivered my car at FDM Silkeborg. Great service, the advice given by the mechanic in how to report the damage, saved me some good money.
