Amazing professionals

We required four large vertical radiators to be replaced. Fabio did an initial assessment, recommended the replacement radiators and provided a quote. Having purchased the radiators independently, two weeks later Fabio spent the day removing the old and replacing with the new. Friendly, efficient, tidy and clean, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend FD Plumbing.

The kitchen sink was very badly blocked, emptying a full sink of water would take, literally, 40+ minutes. I had tried several times with a plunger and the drain unblocker products you can buy in the supermarket but it was making little difference.

FD Plumbing's draining specialist applied a thorough and methodical process to get through the blockage with professional tools and managed to remove two big blockages that were 3 and 8 meters deep down the pipes! Ever since the water flows like it had never had!

Reece left the work area clean and tidy. He was very kind and a true professional.

We had a dripping tap for months as we have had such bad experiences with tradesmen in our flat it just put us off dealing with it. We have been saving for years to do our flat up. We were about to go ahead this year when we realised we want to move instead, so our flat is in quite a bad state of disrepair in some places. It feels as if because of this, tradesmen think it is ok to bodge jobs and leave the place looking worse than it already did.
Fabio came from FD plumbing to replace our taps. He worked really hard and did a great job removing the very stubborn old taps before installing the shiny new ones. He treated our home with such respect, as if it was a luxury home, we were very touched by it.
He has restored our faith in tradesmen again.

This company's website makes a point of serving all London boroughs and goes to some trouble to list just about every area of London, giving the comforting assurance that they will "send an expert out", 24 hours.
The one positive (hence the two stars rather than one) was that they got back to me the next day... to say they don't cover my area (Southwark) despite their website saying they do. So my issue still isn't fixed and I'm now worse off in terms of getting it fixed before Xmas.

Great service from start to finish, communication was on point at every stage. From quoting, booking the job, to reminders, to how many minutes they were from arriving. Yes, I wrote that, however since writing the 1st review, Fabio has been in contact, and it turns out to be a complete misunderstanding. The plumber in question was horrified, (it was not Fabio and the plumber in question, will remain nameless). Turns out, he was pre-empting changing the bath tap and photographing the pipe work under the bath, not routing around my bathroom.

Fabio and I are working together to resolve the other issue: my Valliant boiler has had a good life at 21 years old and needs to retire.

I’ve been using Fabio’s company for over 10 years and will carry on doing so.

Tenant reported no hot water from 3 year old cylinder, on a Sunday morning. Landlord's nightmare. Emailed FD same day and called them on Monday morning. Fabio arranged for his engineers to go round earliest possible slot they had the following day. Engineer attended, reported a part had failed and they needed to source a new one. Said yes; within an hour it had arrived. Job done - happy tenant. Thanks guys.
