I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. The dress looked absolutely beautiful online, which is why I was willing to pay extra for shipping—but what I received was completely different.

The proportions are way off. The dress was advertised as a full-length gown with a slit that sat just above the floor, but in reality, the slit is cut far too high—well above the knee—and the overall fit and design don’t match the photos at all. The material itself is terrible, the overall look is nothing like what was promised.

What’s even more frustrating is the customer service. Their website clearly states that they accept returns—but that has not been my experience at all. I’ve sent 7–8 emails trying to get simple return instructions for a refund, and it’s been a nightmare. Instead of helping, they’ve repeatedly tried to get me to keep the dress by offering me just $4–$6 back, which is honestly insulting.

This has been one of the most difficult and frustrating purchases I’ve ever made. Buyers beware.

Absolute joke of a company. You will be giving your money away. The item isn't even costume quality. When asked for a refund they offered $4!! Less than 4% of the cost of the item. Customer service lags in response and really just keeps repeating "we kindly ask for patience" buyer beware! Do not use this company.

Total scam company - sent the wrong size and style dress for my daughter. I tried to return it and they wanted pictures of her wearing the dress. i have never heard of a company requiring pictures of a girl wearing a dress. Very creepy. DO NOT BUY! They should be banned from selling in the United States!

Do NOT Sshop . Very cheap clothing. RETURN policy not followed. Do not use pay pal as pay pal dispute wont help. CHEAP clothing! Poor poor quality

Horrible experience, shipping times terrible; no updates on shipping and then when the item arrives- not as pictured or expected! Stay away from this team - terrible

The merchandise is crap and I can't get returnbecause i have to ship my items to. Asia but yet the envelope says Illinois. Do not buy from them!

I ordered 3 months ago and have not received my order. They keep saying there is a delay in shipping due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’. I’m trying to get a refund but they keep asking for my patience as the ‘items will be sent soon’. Don’t waste your money.

One time use on my credit card for this purchase and suddenly I have two fraudulent charges from other companies! Never got my dress!! Total Scam!!!! RUN!!!! I only used my credit card one time in the last 2 years. I used it January 31st. I needed a dress by March 1st. I followed up via email 6 times until finally my event was over so on March 6th I demanded a refund. They ignored me and came up with very weak excuses offering me $3 and then $4 for delivery delay. I stated repeatedly absolutely NOT! And then on March 27th they emailed me the dress was on its way! THEN SUDDENLY I get notified from my credit card company there were two fraudulent charges! One from SHIPPIT and I can't remember the other. !!!! It is obvious this is a fraudulent scam company that is stealing our credit card information.

Terrible company. I have emailed serval time and only a generic response. I placed my order 2 1/2 months ago and still half my items have not come. I need a dress for a wedding and no clue when I will get it so I had to order a new one. Got some items and they do not look like the picture. And you can't get ahold of anyone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I placed an order on 1/4/25 , today is 3/14/25 no dress and six customer service emails (you can’t call) no reply to my emails. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they have yet to get a response.. I think I got scammed out of 50$

AVOID! impossible to get a refund. Offered $3(!) to keep the dress, then $5 when I said no. Eventually said I could post back, but it’s probably going to cost the price I paid for the dress.

I ordered an outfit which I paid express shipping for and it got delivered in 2months. It was of no use to me and there is no possible way to return it, mind you it’s not reasonable too. I’ve been back and forth but no one responses. Quality isn’t great too.

I ordered a dress from them, it came within a reasonable amount of time I would say and it looked like that description, but it’s impossible to return it! Nobody’s getting back to me when I asked for a refund…

I had ordered a dress that took more than 2 months to arrive. It was nothing like image, the colour, material, fit, everything was wrong.
I requested a refund and how to proceed with return and was told they would refund $3 (dress was $60+). I of course refused, they then offered $6 and 20% off on next purchase. Again I refused and requested how I can return. Address is in China and cost of shipping (which they will not cover) is more than $30.
I will tell everyone I know to never order from this company. I don’t even know how they exist quite honestly.
