I bought a duvet through Maisons du…

I bought a duvet through Maisons du Monde and I was extremely unhappy with the quality of the product. I tried to return It and the customer services declined my request alleging I was out of deadline even though the deadline at Maisons clearly stipulated 30 days. Apparently, hidden Deep in the web, Febronie reserved their right to amend It (completely invisible at time of purchase). I never leave reviews, but their despotic behaviour in their pro forma responses for what is meant to be a luxury brand left me astonished. I highly recommend to stay away: high prices for average product with appaling customer service
