Excellent but please review your packaging or courier.
Fast and efficient service. My only constructive comment is in your packaging - the last two orders of Gravy bones have been sent ‘bare bones’ (sorry) all the boxes had split and had been badly repaired - presumably by the courier? This time we didn’t actually lose any contents- unlike last time when both boxes and bags were damaged. I appreciate that shipping in this way minimises packaging which is laudable but not if the contents are damaged and lost.
Update: Thanks for your reply - a comment on the packaging problems would have been helpful!

A brilliant pet food company. The people who run the company are great as well. They are helpful and very nice. The deliveries are always on time if there are any problems they keep you informed or offer alternatives

Best prices for dog food
Best prices for dog food. Good delivery schedule. Only one gripe - the free postage only allows you to order 2 bags! I usually order 4 bags at a time (4 dogs) which means I have to do 2 orders. Sometimes they arrive together. Not sure of the thinking behind this. However I will continue to order the food as it is the best price around.

Had exactly what I wanted
Had exactly what I wanted...and a few extras which my pups love.
Delivery (FedEx) was fast and even left the parcel with my neighbors as I wasn’t at home at the time.
Will definitely use again for my next lot of dog treats.

So far not good
So far not good. Still waiting for my delivery..... since 8 this morning I’ve been waiting..... it’s now past 4pm and still not arrived- the delivery company has refused to give me a shorter time slot? Contacted Feedem who merely confirmed delivery today between 8am and 6pm - I actually paid for delivery as well! I will be returning to my usual pet food supplier- who also offer free delivery and use DPD who actually give you a time slot 🤷♀️ I will update on the actual pet food if it ever arrives...🤔
