My first time using this company and had no problem with delivery the dog food bags were wrapped inside their own bags which were strong and good quality I will be using Feedem again

We have looked into your order with the Customer Service Team, and the product which you have ordered is the correct item. The e-mail which the the customer service team recieved from yourself states that you thought you had ordered Bestpets Robin seed but in fact you had ordered Albert E James Robin seed and this is what we had sent to yourself as per your order. With regards to the non-email which as not been recieved to yourself, the Customer Service Team had replied to this on the same day that it had arrived to ourselves.

Good experience mostly

Good experience mostly. Disappointed to get a substitute product, I have an English bulldog and a labrador so I ordered 2 advent calendars, 1 with a bulldog on the front and 1 with a labrador on the front. Great I thought, but received 2 with labradors on. Might seem a bit picky but I was very disappointed, and no explanation given. Other than that, great service and value for money
