We couldn't visit the dome, payed way too much money and had a very bad support. This was a huge dissappointment gor aur kids and us.

This is a scam! You don’t need a ticket for the Papal Audience or the Basilica. Our tour guide ran ahead of the group and didn’t care if everyone could keep up or see her. Just show up early and get in line- you’ll save yourself a lot of money.

The tour was a total sham
The tour was a total sham. No itinerary, no directions, and the guide was gone once we went through security. The only good thing was that we did see the Pope inside the Basillica. Buyers beware

Feel the city is a scam website. Don't fall for it!
I bought 4 tickets for Sagrada Familia in Barcelona. Two weeks before our trip to Barcelona they sent me an email that they are changing the dates of the reservation due to low availability (i have booked 3 months in advance). I tried to explain that this is not possible as I have already booked flights and hotel, but they insisted that they don't do refunds and I need to reschedule... Then i went and found out that many people have fallen for this scam. The good thing is that I paid with a credit card and I issued a charge back. It was a long process, but 3 months later the bank refunded my money.
My advice is not to get tickets from them - their tickets are 10-15euro cheaper than the official tickets, but there is 100% chance that you will get scammed.
If you are like me and paid before checking, go contact your bank and issue a charge back. Send them the email communication in which they try to change the reservation and you will eventually get your money back.

So after we stopped and got the…
So after we stopped and got the scanning tickets from the representative and the downloaded to the phone after we got into the Vatican where they check to see what type of ticket you had they would not let us pass until reading an email from a month ago. They were looking for blue or gold colored tickets and all I had was an email and 4 QR codes with names on it and no other details, makes for a very frustrating way to check in.

Too expensive price and timeslot changed
Too expensive price (addition: Yes, the total price was displayed before payment. However, what was not obvious was that I was paying €166 for four tickets that officially cost only €44 in total. I understand that a company needs to charge something for its service and booking process. However, charging almost four times the official ticket price is, in my opinion, too much. That extra profit may have been worthwhile for this one booking, but it also means that FeelTheCity has lost me as a customer permanently.
The organizer also mentions that the price includes "additional digital content." In my case, this was supposed to be an audio guide. Unfortunately, the download never worked, even though I had a stable internet connection. When I asked for help at the museum, the staff informed me that this was not an official museum audio guide and that they could not provide any support. My only option would have been to purchase the official audio guide for another €6 per person. After already paying such an inflated ticket price, I was certainly not willing to pay even more)
and timeslot changed (addition: Regarding the time slot: I understand the explanation given in the response, but the booking information was misleading. I interpreted the indicated time as the latest admission time, meaning I believed I could enter up to 90 minutes earlier. Instead, my entry time was changed, which disrupted our plans)
Overall, my experience was disappointing.
My lesson learned: From now on, I will always book through the official website first, and I will never book with FeelTheCity again.

Deliberately misleading, scamming and overpriced
Their website for Westminster Abbey is deliberately misleading, the pricing is extremely inflated because we thought we were getting a guided tour. They charged £147.90 ($282.61 AUD) for 2x Adults into the Abbey, which costs £52.26 ($99.87 AUD) on the offical site.
They claim it’s for their audio guide, which you must download yourself on your own device and use your own headphones, or you could get a free audio guide, device and headphones on entry to the Abbey.
They are preying on tourists that do not have this knowledge.

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t as good as we’d hoped. The Louvre itself is an incredible museum with so much to see, but the guide provided with our booking was disappointing. We were unable to download or access it, which meant we missed out on the information and guidance we had expected.
Without the guide, it was much harder to navigate such a vast museum and get the most from our visit. Hopefully this issue can be resolved for future visitors, as it would make a big difference to the overall experience.
