I ask customer service why, and they told me to check tracking number 😂😂😂

Told out of stock 6 days after order.
My partner placed an order for my Christmas present last Thursday. On Monday he received a message to say that dispatch is delayed. Then Wednesday he received a message saying that the item is out of stock. I thought a company as big as this would have correct quantities listed on their website, and enough staff to dispatch orders within a week. I wouldn't recommend.

Disappointed child at Christmas
I ordered a few products for my daughter (lip balms, hair products etc) that were on her Santa list for Christmas on the 11th of December. There was no sign and I emailed them to no response. Then I went to Instagram and they said an item I ordered wasn’t in stock and that stalled my order. I was told that would be taken off order and rest would be despatched that day. Still no sign of it moving when I checked again so I messaged Instagram again and there was yet another product that was out of stock and stalling my order. At this stage it wouldn’t be in time for Xmas (they couldn’t speed up delivery). They gave me a fiver voucher but I said that was no good to me I won’t order again. One product is out of stock everywhere now so I’m missing something from Santa, I could’ve gotten it locally if I’d know my first order would be such a disaster. You’d think Sephora having bought it it would improve service and only accept an order if the things are actually in stock. Terrible service. I’ve bought all my beauty products online for years and never had such a bad experience. I cancelled my order and went with lookfantastic instead for the items they also stock and it’s been despatched within hours.

I bought a christmas gift and was told it would take 3-10 days to arrive and that was okay but then i saw i didnt get any confirmation it in my email which was very wierd so i texted them because without it i couldnt see the track and trace number and then i complained to them about it and wrote that i would very much like to get the email confirmation that i bought the product sent to me, they only wrote back with the track and trace number and then i complained about it again and now they just sent me the money back for the product and i cant see my order on the track and trace number.. there is 4 days till christmas and now i have no gift.. Not a good website
I ordered from your website and my parcel was lost in the post system. I requested a replacement order and only 1 of the 2 items was sent because the other was out of stock. This is not true because I see the product is available at double of the price I paid for the Black Friday. You should honour your sale and send me the item I bought at the price of Black Friday sales event. I this stage I doubt that the order was sent in first place. I have emailed multiple time and nobody is looking after my complaints. It’s so unprofessional.
They keep telling that the item is out of stock when is available on the website. When I asked for clarification they never responded to my email.

6 days still not dispatched
I placed an order on the 12th December for Christmas, the order contains two items for my son and daughter to make up their main Christmas presents. As of today my order still has not dispatched. At this stage I'd pay more for express delivery but there is no way of doing this without cancelling the order. Despite a couple of generic emails apologising for the delays they are experiencing there has been no communication. There is no way to contact this company other than a bot that is completely useless. The money was taken out of my account on ordering but nothing to show for it. Beware of ordering from this company if you expect to receive your delivery in an acceptable time frame.
Update: Feel unique sent an email to say the items were out of stock and unable to be sent, despite the fact they are still listed for sale on the website. It would have been nice to know 6 days ago when I ordered and god knows when I would have received communication if I had not of posted here. Be very wary ordering from this website. I have got a refund and will take my business elsewhere in future.

Ordered on Dec 1st & Still Nothing
I ordered perfume for my daughter for Christmas and it still hasn't arrived. It was expensive and if it doesn't arrive I am going to have to buy another one. Very disappointed as I really cannot afford to do this but it's one of her main gifts. I took a chance ordering from here and now I'm really regretting it.

I just want to update this post as customer care did email me 18/12 and have issued me with a refund which I have received today 20/12/2023 so I do appreciate that. I've added a star because of this but I'm still left with trying to get a replacement before Christmas. Maybe they should look at changing their courier service because they do have great bargains and loads of products but if parcels are not arriving then it's disappointing. I might risk it again on an inexpensive product at a less busier time of the year.

I have no words to say how upset I am, I made a pretty big order from Feelunique.com and it's lost. I tried to contact them because the carrier told me that the sender has to make a complaint and nothing... One week and 2 emails to them since my package is missing and no response. So, yes, extremely bad customer service!

Brilliant value, arrived within a week, packaging slightly squished from transit
I was a little apprehensive about ordering when I read the reviews here, but I’m glad I ordered in the end. My order was correct and my parcel arrived within a week (I’m in Ireland). The products I bought were amazing value, the only minor issue I have is that there was no tissue paper/bubble wrap protecting the boxes, so the packages are a little bit squished - this wouldn’t bother me usually but as these are Christmas presents I’d prefer if the packaging was better protected. Apart from that minor issue, I can’t fault anything else.

This is sephora.uk also I had item delivered to wrong address my address but in different part of uk they say its my fault so I'm down near£60 and they don't want to help .avoid this company at all costs and has not been resolved as sthey have stated they sent out a replacement to the same wrong address which is not on my account .I've now got intouch with courier yet again but they can not change address they've been given .this reply you give saying that the order was sorted is false.

Item hasn't arrived after a month +.
The order i did from FEELUNIQUE
has yet to arrive and it’s getting frustrating, while it shows the item has arrived in my country it was never delivered to me.
It specifically shows that a delivery was attempted but it WAS NOT, since i was at my house that particular day and time. No way i would have missed it.
Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. The delivery company does not have a phone number or anything and it states i should be communicating directly with you. I feel trapped.

1. Asked me for proof of address due to "security checks"
2. Canceled my order
3. Blocked my account
That was an ordinary online order that I paid for with my card. They are not a bank or a financial institution to ask for such information!
As a result, I didn't get the perfume when I needed it.

My order still hasn’t arrived after more than the mentioned 10 days. When i reached out to support and asked if i’ll get some kind of a reimbursement, they just sent me the tracking numbers. I followed up and there’s still no response.
