I live in France and Feng Yuan Pens is a Hong Kong company.
Based on their excellent reputation, I ordered a rare and collectible “Pelikan Souverän M1005” fountain pen.
Delivery was prompt, but unfortunately the pen I received had a visible crack. I initially thought I might have lost 600 euros — and I shared my disappointment here.
But to their credit, Feng Yuan Pens responded quickly and professionally after my message. They took my request seriously, asked for photos and the invoice, and are currently handling the issue. This kind of customer service is unfortunately not always the case — especially when buying from far away.
So I’m happy to revise my rating upward. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how companies respond — and in this case, I appreciate their efforts.
Looking forward to a good resolution, and perhaps another rare pen in the future :-)
