Great products and customer service

This is why I love buying from small businesses! Darren is so keen to help with any issue. Not having to go through a obstacle course like with large companies. We had some "wandering nosodes" which had got lost in the delivery. Darren and his wife replaced them straight away after a short phone call. Product arrived quickly and in perfect condition!

Sad review have ordered many times over…

Sad review have ordered many times over many years and delivery has always been a issue not very prompt but product worth the wait.
My final order never arrived and after a couple of emails I finally reported to PayPal a month later. Buyers be aware not a very professional reliable company

An unpleasant experience.

Before i leave this review I want to say I rarely if ever leave bad reviews! Really do prefer to boost a company than bring them down, but in this case I'm so shocked at the treatment received, I feel its justified. Unfortunately i did not have good experience! Have dealt with this company before with no problems, but this time was a whole different story!
Placed my order on Monday April 15th but didn't hear anything for a couple of days. Checked the tracking & it said were waiting for seller to drop order off! Contacted on line help & explained it would be more than likely being collected ( as mentioned on my paperwork.) Contacted seller via email and pointed out the problem a couple of times. Also trying to make sense of the situation with the carrier's during this time.
Some 24/36rs later received a 3/4 word email from seller 'done and collected'! Back online to the carriers who could find no record of my order having been picked up. Latish on Friday April 19th (5 days after order placed), emailed the seller again to explain where we seemed to be at, and to my shock, a PayPal refund notification dropped in my inbox with a very curt off hand note attached.
No idea why he took this step as my emails to him were polite and trying to be helpful. (despite my frustration & time being spent with little or no seller communication) trying to find where my order was and a delivery time. I wanted the dog food, not the refund...
Cant believe the way I was treated! Certainly not with any customer (or even human) consideration..Have since found a company to supply my food who are showing me what decent customer service feels like.
Sorry, but wont be using and certainly not recommending The Fenland Forager to anyone ever again. His products are not in question. His manner and integrity most definitely are.

In response to The Fenland Forager.

Every word in my review is true, and I have all correspondence to back them up.
As I said, my order was placed Mon April 15th actually 10.22am and not as you claim late on the 16th. I have the PayPal notification to this affect. Notification from the carriers was Tues April 16th timed 13.40pm. Noting that by Friday 19th they still had no record of the actual goods having been collected, and kept telling me to contact the seller, which I had been doing throughout the week.
The heading to my email 'Frustration Overload' was nothing whatsoever to do with not receiving my order, but to do with my unrequited efforts in dealing with the carriers, and was a light hearted attempt in asking you to step up and help in sorting the mess out! No help offered, but then resulted in my unasked for refund landing in my inbox out of the blue. You are more than fully aware of all these facts, but as usual when a customer is unhappy you choose to label them liars, twisting everything and playing the victim. Reading some reviews, I am not the first person you have taken this line of defence with. A well rehearsed routine.
I stand by my whole review as being true and correct in its entirety..

In conclusion.
Thursday April 25th received the ordered dog food in error (Fenland Forager were recalling it last Friday). Emailed to say parcel was here, if a return needed to be organised, no problem. If not required i would donate to a local charity.
No acknowledgement or response!

Maybe try reading my comments properly instead of putting your own twist on them!
Absolutely no clarification on either point!
Firstly, any complaint made concerning the refund was due to the rude way it was done, whilst you were being asked for help in locating the parcel.
Secondly, absolutely no complaints about receiving the parcel! Simply verification of fact before you twisted the situation further! Parcel is now on its way to a local rescue.
To answer your question as to what postage date was on the parcel, there was no postage date, only the date of notification which was Tues the 16th at 13.40pm (already mentioned in my first response). I have retained the label as I'm sure you will dispute or twist this!
It seems to have conveniently passed you by that regardless of the notification date, on Friday 19th the carriers stated they still did not have the parcel and referred me back to you where upon you issued the shock and unasked for refund 'to get me off your back'!! Your words.....and you reckon I was treated without reason for complaint??
Stop acting the victim at every turn and just accept this situation went badly wrong, for whatever reason?

I have used Darren’s products for cats

I have used Darren’s products for cats, dogs and myself - always great service and more than that - personal service and advice every time ! Would recommend every time - people complaining about parcels going missing are missing the point, once Darren has posted them - it’s out of his hands !

I've bought from Darren for a long time. The products are great and reasonably priced. There have been courier problems but he's done everything he can to help. He's always willing to give advice and recommendations.

Helpful knowledge and advice when everyone else out of reach warrants more than 5⭐Fenland Forager has always been helpful…

Fenland Forager has always been helpful in suggesting a herbal alternative to ailments usually treated with prescribed medication. I've mainly used his products to help my dogs through their ailments. He has kindly offered his knowledge and products at times when everyone else was out of reach. His products have been life changing for 2 of my dogs with age related urinary and mobility issues after ligament surgery. I use his parasitic prevention products for my dogs also. I would always turn to Fenland Forager for advice before veterinary. I find having Darren as a contact 1st very reassuring. If I could give more than 5⭐ I would!

These products are second to none and…

These products are second to none and Darren is always helpful with advise. The only problem ever had was a delivery issue which was the fault of the courier. I politely informed Fenland forager of the issue and they rectified it immediately. Excellent products I have bought for many many years

I have ordered from Fenland lots of…Fabulous products

I have ordered from Fenland lots of times over the years. I find their knowledge of natural treatments very good. The pricing is fair given the nature of the products & the team are always helpful with answers to any questions I may have & quick to offer suggestions for relief from ailment both for my dogs & ourselves. The only reason I gave 4 & not 5 stars in the review is due to the often long wait for items. This however is not a despatch problem from Fenland but a delivery issue with the couriers. Items often don't arrive but Fenland always sorts it out when I politely message him. I fully recommend this company & their products.
