Package lost in less than 300km
My package was lost from Padova to Pavia, less than 300km. For some reason it was wrongly labeled and was sent to some facility in Bologna and from there apparently it is no were to be found. After 3 weeks of emails with the customer service (in which I found a very helpful and professional employee, to be fair) the only things that I know about my pack is that it is "somewere" and that they cannot guarantee it will ever be found. I didn't choose a an insurance since the service looked reliable, so now I lost 400+ € on merch and the only reimboursment they offer is the 10€ I payed for the shipping.

I always had a good experience collecting my packages. The only improvement could be regarding the working hours of locations as they are not always accurate.

Great service for Expats
As digital nomads we do not always have a constant shipping address. Fermopoint is great to solve this!
Has always worked with 20+ orders. Only sometimes the shops do not seem to know how to handle the related paperwork, but not a single package got lost or rejected.

Unreliable service
I used fermapoint for a delivery. The point selected failed to receive the package after two attempted deliveries. I gave fermapoint feedback and they did NOTHING to avoid the problem to occur again. I would not trust them as a reliable service
As for your response, I have written via email and was in touch with one of your representative. If you provide with an alternative email, I’ll be happy to forward my correspondence.
