Product poor - customer service terrible- do not buy from this firm. Cat handle took a month to arrive when fitted to cat carrier and cat placed in basket it came away. Sent pictures and requested refund. They suggested I had not assembled correctly when in fact my vet had assembled it for me and then asked for a video and told me I would be responsible for all postage costs. Item cost £17.99 in total. Poor product and awful customer service - I wouldn’t buy from them or recommend the company. I work in customer service and hesitate to leave a bad review normally but they were so poor.

I was dissatisfied with the quality of a bird cage that was delivered on 16th Dec. I logged a return on 16th Jan. Ferplast offered me 50% discount as a goodwill gesture if I kept the item which I gratefully accepted. I then received an email stating their system blocked the refund because 30-days had expired. No manual system bypass, no account credit offered - just dumped with a cage that isn't fit for purpose. Consumer Rights Act 2015 useless as Ferplast refused to make a manual refund, offer an alternative product or credit on my account.

Amazing Customer Service and amazing products. I ordered two Dog Transport Boxes and they were delivered promptly without any issues at all. Despite measuring my car before ordering, the boxes turned out to be much larger than needed and I requested a return. Unfortunately, it turned out that DHL (who the carrier would have been) does not do pick-ups in my area and Fernplasts customer service was very responsive and engaged in getting the return sorted. They provided timely updates and information. I will definitely order from Fernplast again the next time we need a product they produce and will refer to this company. Wish every customer service was this outstanding

I bought 2 100 Rabbit Hutches. Absolutely fantastic , easy to clean, easy to assemble, easy to move , wonderful customer service replied to queries very quickly and sort out any problems with out any hassle. I would highly recommend the Ferplast plastic rabbit Hutches. I also have 2 chicken coops just as good as the Hutches are. Thank you it is hard to find a service like Ferplast gives in this day and age.

I purchased a fishtank from Ferplast and they took the £104 out my bank, but 4 days later I received an email from my bank stating that the money will go back into my account. I received no notification from Ferplast for the reason. They are advertising goods and taking your money but not delivering them and refunding when they feel like it. BEWARE Very poor Customer Service
