Speed is definately not here.

Visited Ferrrari World & a let down really. 2 auditorium shows wernt filled to capacity due to understaffing & a tech glitch with the locking bars, (design fault) so a needless 40 minute wait, but they love to sell fast passes when not required due to FW poor organisation. Also got ripped off on food Inc in ticket price but cafe was unable to honour the full amount due once again to bad system, info desk was useless & we were told to seek a refund via the website. If speed is what you need then give FW a big swerve

It was my worst experience ever. You will experience the slowest queues for a fast brand. Employees are extremely slow. You are just waiting everywhere. The food is the worst in UAE and I wonder how Ferrari is allowing this kind of park using its name. Shame on you Ferrari World

Unavailable due to maintenance

Expensive compared to amount of rides, long waiting times even with the quick pass, and finally most of the fastest rides are often unavailable due to “maintenance”, does not worth the price

It is a terrible place to visit

It is a terrible place to visit. £70 per tickets for a tiny place with significant wait times. As a 11 years old there are many rides where you are either too old or too young. Additionally fast track speeds up the process but when asked to pay more for certain rides is a joke. Pity!!

Thrilling Abu Dhabi Experience

When my husband and I came, Formula Rossa was closed for maintenance, but it was fine, which i wont dare to try😶‍🌫️🤢🫨🫣😆 I’m not a fan of some indoor rides like Speed of Magic—I felt dizzy 😅 But overall, for someone like me, it’s still non-stop adrenaline! I love the atmosphere though. A must-visit in Abu Dhabi!

Worst experience ever

I visited Ferrari World Abu Dhabi on 02/09/25 with my family and what should have been a joyful day became one of the most humiliating experiences of my life. I have a paralysed left arm and wear a wrist support, yet I was denied access to even the most basic rides, including the children’s indoor rollercoaster with my daughter. Staff stared at me, whispered about me, and treated me like I was incapable instead of respecting me as a paying customer. The most painful part was when my daughter said, “Daddy, next time take your wrist support off so they don’t stop you.”

Later, when I tried the Formula 1 steering simulator, I was immediately doubted and told it might be unsafe for me — despite the fact that I’ve been driving safely for over 20 years. Before leaving, I raised my concerns with the manager, only to be told that if I had bought tickets at the front desk, there are “special discounts for people of determination.” That response felt like a slap in the face — I did not ask for pity or charity, I asked for fairness and respect.

I also paid full price for tickets with no warning on the website that disabled guests are barred from most rides, which makes this treatment even more unacceptable. To make matters worse, the customer service phone line doesn’t work, and email support is just as unresponsive, leaving no proper way to resolve complaints.

This was the worst experience I have ever had as a person with a disability, and instead of creating family memories, it left me humiliated in front of my children. I will never return to Ferrari World Abu Dhabi.

A waste of time and money

The marketing of Ferrari world is targeted I think towards ages up to teens, my two teens were bored and unimpressed as most rides were for younger kids. There was around 4 rollercoasters they could go on, 1 was closed. We were also disappointed that alot of things inside despite paying a high amount (close to £200) for entry, you then had to pay more money to go go-karting or use the simulators etc, when you’re paying entry things inside should be free not more money!!! We didn’t even stay for an hour, it was a complete waste of money and time. We complained to the management and they did nothing, they offered us fast passes for the rides which my girls were not interested in going on. He was very dismissive and we left feeling robbed and disappointed. Shame! If you’ve got younger kids I’m sure they will like this place but to be honest it’s not as big as it looks in the marketing so you don’t need long there and it’s not suitable for teens.

Very few rides and main one closed

Very few rides, and the headliner, the main reason for paying around £60 to visit, the Formula Rosso coaster l, allegedly fastest in the world, was closed. Which they didn't tell us when buying tickets.
The other attractions in no way justify the price. Poor

Very disappointing

Very disappointing, even after paying so much money for the quick pass my child was made to go after some other kids standing in the quick pass queue without a quick pass, on being confronted the man at the activity said that if the parent have a quick pass it’s okay to let the kid stand in the fast pass queue. Then why did we pay for our kid? It just didn’t make any sense. When we went to customer service to complain and on being asked by the supervisor the same man at the kids activity changed his story and lied saying the kids had the quick pass earlier on but the removed and threw it. Why did he not say this to us earlier and showed he was completely lying to save him.
The point is not money , it’s fairness! And we teach it to our kids but it was an example which was difficult to answer on being asked by my frustrated child who saw he was treated unfairly!!

Poor value for money and rides a let down

Our group of 5 were keen for Ferrari World but unfortunately, we all found it overpriced and a letdown. The Flying Aces ride was superb, and it was a good job too as Formula Rossa and Mission Ferrari were both closed leaving Flying Aces and Turbo Track ( this is over in about 30 seconds at most )as the only “non-kiddie" rides. Most rides are very junior orientated for 7 and under I’d say. The last ride we went on "driving with the champion" could possibly be the naffest thing I've experienced with the seats being dirty and old and the sound system sounding like a cheap 19" kitchen TV. The upside to our 3 hours here was that it wasn't busy ( generally waited 15-20 minutes) which was good as it seems that all the rides only have 1 car operating and ride organisation is not that great. I'd imagine the que’s when busy are ridiculous. In summary, if you can get a deal on the tickets give it a go but honestly a better alternative would be to get a cab to a sports car showroom and ask the driver to go a bit quicker - you'll get the same experience

2 out of 5 rides for adults were closed…

2 out of 5 rides for adults were closed due to repairs for the next 2 months, still we had to pay full price even though we came at 4pm and they close at 2000, great experience to see it, BUT value for money absolutely only 2/5, even if everything had been in operation, it is still far too much to pay for the experience.
370 AED per adult would be better spent on other experiences, we were there for 3 hours and left the place at 1900 when we had experienced it all, there were remote control cars and speed boats inside the center, 8 of each, out of the total 16 consoles there was only one that worked, it's just not ok, many children were disappointed, at the price everyone had paid it must be expected that ALL the rides should at least WORK, or inform about it and give a discount, in that way people won't be disappointed at least.
Will we come back, the answer is simple, absolutely NOT,
Sincerely, a very disappointed family

Racism from Rahman, operator of Bell' Italia

Fast Pass holders pay a premium of 238 dirhams in addition to the 328 AED entry ticket to the park. I visited with my family on August 19th, 2024, and was disgusted by the racist treatment of Rahman, the operator of the ride Bell' Italia. None of their staff informed us that we had to obtain the wristband from the guest services desk before boarding the rides, but I got through 3-4 rides without anyone saying anything, I just showed them proof of my quick pass ticket on my phone. When I got to Bell' Italia, they refused me entry due to lack of wristband, and I told their staff no one told us that we had to get the wristband, and we had already been lining up for 15 minutes. He said that for this time, it was okay, but we should get the wristband after the ride. I said sure, thank you for understanding, but when he told his supervisor Rahman, he looked at us with a glare of disgust and rescinded that offer. I then had to walk halfway across the park to obtain my wristbands, and when I got back, he proceeded to let multiple families from the regular queue board, and left my family in the cold. After the ride, I confronted him about the issue and he gave me the whatever attitude. I then proceeded to ask for his name, and he pointed at his name tag, and told me that I should please file a complaint against him. His provocative attitude is disgraceful and his ill-treatment of visitors should be condemned. I will never recommend nor return to this disgusting place again.

Pointspay, Ferrari World and Warner Bros cheated me out of my money

I bought my tickets on pointspay and Ferrari world was suppose to sent my tickets on email and they did not. My visit to Abu Dhabi was on the 15/16July. I only received my tickets today 22 July.. When I'm not in the country. I am demanding a refund since I bought 2 park tickets and received none of them. I was embarrassed as I was told that a reference number would not suffice and to spend more money for another set of tickets. This is daylight robbery as now pay point and Ferrari world as well as Warner Bros. are not replying to my emails. Is this what Ferrari World and Warner Bros.. represent.. Then stay away. It is not in my culture to cheat and steal anothers money. Please be careful. These are thieves

Disappointment after seeing the Ferrari World park

We recently visited Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi, which is known as the most exciting adventure park in the UAE. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our experience. Despite paying the full admission fee, three of the main rides in the park were not operational. As common visitors, it was very frustrating for us to have spent a large amount of money only to be unable to enjoy the rides we were most looking forward to. It was a major letdown for us as we expected quality time at the park.
I strongly suggest that visitors do not waste their hard-earned money in this park unless they are Shaikh of UAE.
