This company does not don’t do the work

We were 8 weeks into buying a property.
and during this time my wife has had to do all the pushing, The seller was going through a divorce hence the sale..

We were just about to exchange contracts then we were told they hadn’t come to a financial arrangement as a couple for when the house was sold..

This agent will have you proving you have the funds to buy, prove to them your house is sold or under offer, have you prove that you have your mortgage in place etc?
But not do the due diligence on the owners of the house their selling..

We have incurred costs on solicitors fees and surveys etc While all the time having to push the sales progression, absolute time wasters..

Swerve this Agent!! You have been warned!!
Moving is stressful enough, Do yourself a favour work with professionals and not with likes of Ferris & co. Deal with a company that does its due diligence!

Long Term Letting Agent in Maidstone

I have been working with Ferris & Co for over 20 years, which is crazy! They have been renting my flat out in Maidstone for all this time, looking after me, the tenants and the upkeep of the flat. I have personally found them to be an amazing landlord. They have a blanced and fair outlook with the clients and how the tenancy should work, while keeping me right at all times. I could only recommend them to anyone who is seeking a letting agent or estate agency in the Maidstone area.

Not following instructions

Initially communication to sell our house was very promising.
Sadly not a lot of interest was created in the first two months.
We were then contacted to suggest reducing the price. After checking rightmove Ferris and co had reduced it by £50.000 not the agreed £25.000!
We are very unhappy with this unacceptable practice, as the vendor who would be responsible for paying the bill
