Cheap but no customer service
Cheap but no customer service. I booked a crossing with a 9m long trailer. P&O gave confirmation of that length but ferry savers gave 5.7m. I ignored that as I had P&O confirmation. I then had to change my car registration which they did but now both confirmations show 5.7m trailer. I've paid for 9m already. I've been waiting on the chat platform for 30 minutes now for an actual person to help me and there's no telephone number to call
