Fertility2U messed up my prescription…

Fertility2U messed up my prescription leading to an extremely stressful Boxing day trying to get hold of meds, a trip to a hospital two hours drive away to get hold of a new script, though still no meds and possibly an aborted cycle because of the delay in meds. They don't provide cover over the festive period. Delivery involves a full day at home because their delivery window is a full day. They were utterly incompetent at arranging the delivery, unclear with their comms. The meds they provide also seem to have a sooner expiry date than other providers meaning you're less likely to be able to use leftovers for future cycles. Make sure you check meds are all there when they arrive and use them in order of expiry date.

disgusting service

disgusting service, I guess earning money from delivery failures. denied giving the parcel to my husband( there was consent for it before) and for 45 /70 pounds for delivery you would expect them to give you a window not show up and then don't respond to the phone after 1h.. Nightmare..

One of the worst delivery experiences…

One of the worst delivery experiences I've ever had. I’m not even sure they knocked on my door. I didn’t hear anything, so I immediately called back within two minutes to inquire, but no one answered the phone. Now, they’re asking me to pay for redelivery, which feels like complete robbery. This is absolutely unacceptable. National and Regional Pharmaceutical Associations, as well as Health Authorities, should look into these kinds of practices. Very disappointed with this service

Awful company

Awful company. Clinics need to stop using them. Charging £70 for delivery on £800 worth of meds that don’t even need refrigeration is disgusting, they ought to be ashamed. As should the clinics forcing patients to use them. On top of that tracking doesn’t seem to work so can’t even track your very overpriced delivery.

Avoid if you can

When they tell you to call back after payment make sure you do it if it's a rush delivery. The man I spoke to wasn't clear about this and so I didn't call back after payment. Consequently they just decided not to send my meds. Only found out the following day when I called to chase up. Has thrown out treatment dates and meant that I had to cancel plans with family to wait in for the delivery. To top it all they wanted to charge me an extra £15 on top of the £70 I'd already paid because it was a Saturday delivery. They didn't because I made a fuss about it. Will be trying as much as I can to avoid using this company going forward.

Avoid if at all possible

Charging £45 for delivery of £170 fertility medication that does not require any special delivery condition is utterly wrong and should be stopped. This company takes takes advantage of people in vulnerable situations. Their customer service is terrible. I have on option but to use this company but if you have a choice, do NOT use them.

Disgusting service

As someone who is having pre chemotherapy IVF, I have been treated with the upmost disregard and NO empathy at all.
I paid an extremely high delivery charge for this to be delivered on a Saturday. I was told by the courier this would not be delivered until Monday as you did not pay the courier for a Saturday delivery. I had to get to my fertility clinic quickly to arrange the medication I needed as you left me in the lurch. I was told that this was going to be delivered by a special delivery company as some of the medication needed to refrigerated and a banged out DPD local van turned up. When I was phoned by your company Usif was EXTREMELY rude to me. He needs to take a training course in customer service. I at no point raised my voice or swore at him, I was understandably annoyed so I wasn't going to be speaking in a happy tone. He told me "there's no need to speak to me like that" when I asked what he meant he said your tone. Well of course my tone is going to be off. You messed me around hugely and literally charged me for a service you did not provide. I am about to undergo Chemo therapy and this has pit an extreme amount of stress on me I didn't need. At the least the advisor that was calling back about my complaint could have had some empathy instead of speaking down to me and calling me out because I was unhappy. Absolutely disgrace of a company preying on vulnerable women.

Random call from rude man

Random call from a number I don’t recognise and a voicemail saying ‘I’m from “the pharmacy”’. Number from somewhere in Tamworth; I’m currently in the North of England and have no connections with Tamworth. Returned their call, hold message said ‘Fertility to you’. Eventually call was answered and a man asked for my date of birth – I was like, I’m sorry – I have no idea who you are or why you’ve called me. Him: I’ll tell you that when you give me your full name and DOB. Guy was extremely rude. Scammers? Who knows. Came across v shady, weren’t interested in explaining who they are or why they were calling.
