Worst Recruitment Agency!!!

This is probably the worst 'recruitment agency' I have dealt with. A lady by the name of Yasmin Elezaj, supposedly the 'Director of Recruitment' although their website shows her as 'Associate Consultant - HR' reached out to me and we spoke on the 08/04/2022 about a possible position. She sent over the JD and I expressed my interest in the position. However, I have not heard back from her since then and her emails keep coming back with an 'out of office message' and to contact a 'Tommy Gale' who is actually a Director there. Guess what? No answer from him either. It is cases like this that give recruiters such a bad name in the industry. No sense of basic decency or courtesy. AVOID AT ALL COST. By the way, they called me!!

Avoid using this so called agency

Avoid using this so called agency. If they decide to call you in reponce to a role that you have applied for, make sure of the details before you waste your time with them. I had a so called 'Director' of Fetch call me about a role that I had NOT applied for. It was for a more senior position. I advised I would prefer to apply for the role I had originally requested for and I never heard from her again despite sending numerous emails directly and to their info box. It appears that the Director was just trying to push for the senior role as it paid more and wold therefore earn them more commission. She was unprofessional and extremely rude not to acknowledge emails sent to her. The info email box at their offices did not reply either. If this is how they start off with applicants, how could you have any confidence in them going forward. My advise - steer clear.
