Not accepting returns or offering refunds
Purchased 3 tubs of resin paving gap filler, 1 of which was filled with large lumps of solidified resin. Attempted to return them, only to be told that they had gone into administration 2 days after I had received my order, and that they were not accepting or processing returns or refunds.

The Web order appeared to offer a different product
The Web order appeared to offer a Britool socket.
On delivery it was a Workpro product.
In use the rubber insert would not retain the spark plug on its withdrawl.
