Dear FGH Agency

Dear FGH Agency,

I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding service provided by one of your deputy head stewards, Sayed, during the Taylor Swift concert on 15th June 2024 at Anfield Stadium.

My name is Sara Ingram, and I live on 34, Sybil Road, Anfield. As a devoted fan of the club, I always try to attend events at Anfield. On this particular occasion, I was accompanied by my granddaughter Lizzie and her mother Hessle.

We had been at the venue the entire day, and unfortunately, Lizzie developed painful blisters on her feet from all the walking. In our moment of distress, we attempted to seek assistance from several stewards to call the medical team, but after waiting for almost half an hour with no response, our situation became increasingly worrying.

It was disheartening to see some of the Liverpool stewards nearby, seemingly indifferent to our predicament. Just when we were losing hope, Sayed, a deputy head steward from FGH, noticed our situation and immediately took action.

Within two minutes of his phone call, three different medical teams arrived and attended to Lizzie, providing the care she desperately needed.

We briefly spoke to Sayed to thank him, and he mentioned he worked for FGH. His quick response and compassionate nature truly made a significant difference to our experience that day.

His professionalism, empathy, and leadership in such a busy environment exemplify the qualities of an exemplary steward. He not only alleviated our distress but also set a standard for how stewards should respond in critical situations.

Sayed’s actions turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one, and for that, my family and I are profoundly grateful. We hope that other stewards, particularly those from Liverpool, can learn from Sayed’s exemplary conduct and dedication.

Please convey our sincere thanks to Sayed for his invaluable help and commend him for his exemplary service. He is a true asset to your team and a credit to his profession.

I currently work at FGH Security & the…

I currently work at FGH Security & the management & staff relations are amazing & they carry out monthly welfare checks over the phone & my line Manager, Scott Armstrong carrys out reviews face to face as often as he can & he is always on the end of the phone should I need anything, even on weekends & there is a control centre open 24/7 should I need anything or if I have an issue onsite!!

28 years in security not one bit of…

28 years in security not one bit of recognition yet 8 months with FGH Security company and I've received 2 certificates been to a Security conference and received a £100 voucher for my efforts i just want to say a massive thank you to Scott Armstrong(contracts manager) Peter harrison(owner) and the rest of the FGH Security team for the acknowledgement and recognition

Great Experience

Well what to say when a teams…

Well what to say when a teams interviews is booked 3 weeks in advance you are there when is to start , you stay there for 30 minutes after the start time and nobody from your side show up !!!!!
Then I wrote you an e mail asking why ? NO answer !!!
And today it becomes even more WEIRD I got an e mail stating I didn't pass the interview ????
Well you are on something definitely.

I used this training provider for my SIA top up course and emergency first aid and I have to say that the process was excellent, the trainers were fantastic highly recommended

A decent company

I gave only four stars as prior to attending the course I couldn't get hold of anybody on the phone to ask for more informations and the initial link sent to me regarding parking informations didn't work.

Other than that, they are cheaper than most of the competition and I like the fact that I could do both the Security Guarding renewal and First Aid in a single day.
Staff are friendly and the venue chosen is adequate.

Overall I was satisfied with the day and I don't have objection recommending this company to anybody.

An outstanding SIA training Program

The training was very practical and every day of the training covered alot of experiences and ethic of an SIA security holder.
It beat my imagination because I never expected to have such experienced trainers and learning environment.

FGH/ELITE training

Very professional training team,from the first aid,to the physical intervention,the management and the examiners, It's not the easiest to pass as they make sure everything is done by the book no cutting corners, if you had to work with someone knowing they have been trained by fgh then they have been shown to the highest standards possible,tale a look at some of the courses on YouTube etc and forget what you saw! I'm ancient now and actually learned quite a bit after a break in the security industry, they are also very supportive if you have any problems or difficulties whilst on the course! My only issue is the training room needs some chocolate and snacks for some that are on the course with the very early starts.. it's a long course but it's worth it..

Incredible experience

From the very beginning I’ve had support , great communication as from when I haven’t understood something it’s been put in different examples n scenarios , I’ve learned so damn much it’s crazy 😝 the instructors where amazing and so experienced and listening them tell their stories was a definitely a eye opener I wanna thank every one that has helped so far and my recent shifts just prove what a fantastic, well put together team that encourages and supports each and every one of us, I really can’t wait to get stuck in with the FGH fam 🙏
