Poor customer service
Poor customer service at least on servicing French registered rental cars. Wanted them to check a car with a service engine light on as I had to be driving on the motorway with two small kids. Not only weren't they interested, they put the phone down on me. Will ask for a different car next time!

go far without on fiat i is the unfortunate owner of a fiat 500l as after car was 2 1 / 2år not have made another than to go in pieces. cracked ac. clutch, styrehovede m / m. probe to engine. cracked cord before in dies. cord to battery there jumps of. so can quite simply not recommend to looking on fiat, unless in located before with a large bag money as in will use on repairs

Why be boring? Driving the new Fiat 124 has been exciting. packing style, performance, economy, & value. Also drove the poorly rated Fiat 500L for two weeks, and loved it! the turbo rocks in both! Fiat Chrysler Alliance is a hit, but Debbie and Donnie Downer R paid to say Fiat sucks. down with Debbie and Donnie! Rock on Italian Style!

Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Oscar from Fiat Customer Service is very rude and should not work in a customer facing role.
I received a missed call from Fiat, regarding my ongoing case and got through to Oscar. The reg would not work to locate my account, once passed. I queried what my reg was on the account and it was wrong so I asked Oscar to change this to the correct reg so my account could be found in future using my reg.
Oscar constantly repeated we are closing now, you will have to call back tomorrow and I disagreed with this as I work in a contact centre and if we have taken a call, we deal with the issue. Oscar ended the call.
I have never dealt with anybody so rude.
We all want to go home from work, but this is unacceptable behaviour.

The most patient sales person ever and a first class car buying experience.
After deciding to buy a new car I went to Fiat in Blackpool, Lancashire. The whole experience was fab. Despite being unsure of the car I wanted, the sales person Gareth was great. He explained all my options to me and answered all my questions honestly. From walking in the door for the first time to collecting the car, the whole process was seamless and stress and pressure free. Delighted with the whole transaction and the car. Thanks Fiat and thanks Gareth!
