So incredibly helpful and love their service

Despite asking for and having the cash withdrawal limit lifted (or so I was told by Raymond), I was unable to place the order on line to withdraw some of my cash in my ISA account and transfer it to my bank account.

I was therefore forced to phone Fidelity again and carryout the procedure over the phone which is a fairly tortuous procedure.

Excellent customer service from Chloe at Fidelity. She was efficient and professional in addressing what I needed quicker than expected. Despite the warning of long call wait times the call was answered in seconds which is much better than calls to other organisations.

Showed exceptional patience and thought process as he worked through my issue, even though I had called to explain it multiple times before, to be told it was being "investigated". Duncan marked in his diary a date in two weeks where he would call me back if the proposed solution had not resolved itself. Excellent customer service.
