Fails to pay invoices
I wanted to share our experience with Shane Martin so other real estate photographers and editors can make their own informed decisions.
Our company was hired to complete photo editing services. We provided a quote for the requested work, the quoted price was accepted in our communications, and we completed and delivered the requested services.
As of the date of this post, our invoice remains unpaid despite multiple follow-up communications by text message, email, invoices, and written payment demands over several weeks.
During that time, Shane acknowledged the outstanding invoice, apologized for the delay, stated that he would personally take care of the payment, and we waived the late fee as a courtesy. As of the date of this post, payment has still not been received.
I do not enjoy writing posts like this. I would much rather resolve this matter privately. If the outstanding invoice is paid in full, I will promptly update this post to reflect that if able.
