2e hands voorvork besteld. Helaas niet passend.
E-mail gestuurd voor retourzending. Volgens de voorwaarden vermeld op de website kan een product binnen 14 retour. Verzendkosten voor de klant.
Dat is natuurlijk prima.
Helaas na een week nog geen bericht ontvangen van fietsonderdelengroothandel uit Bergambacht. Nogmaals een mail gestuurd. Hoop dat het opgelost gaat worden.
Op een 2e email geen reactie. Bellen heeft geen zin omdat de telefoon niet wordt opgenomen.
