The service was great and fast when needed as order was sent as two seperate shipments.

Fietspunt.nl could have written email to explain this as we were confused when first shipment arrived. DHL delay meant that order seemed partial, and as a customer that creates extra annoying correspondance.

Nothing to complain about. Ordering on site went very smoothly and order was delivered within 48 hours via DHL with no extra costs.

Everything as advertised. We bought the Yepp Maxi plus the seat support. Next day in the house and the price was very good compared to the rest of the shops online!

As promised, order was in home the following day. Called the service number to help check the compatibility of bicycle trailer with my bycicle and the guy who answered went far beyond the extra mile even contacting the supplier to check precicely, even though there was really a very remote possibility they are not compatible.
Only one remark: I found those fees with different paying options quite silly. If there was no free payment with bancontact I would probably purchase somewhere else.
