When I made my first order I was waiting for the confirmation that my decks were sent for 2 weeks. After that I decided to write to customer support and frankly, I wish, I had done that sooner. My package was somehow lost by Deutche Post and due to that, one of the decks I ordered went out of stock. Customer support was very helpful with this, they let me chose a replacement deck(s) and after I did, they added supreme line bycicle deck for free and upgraded my shipment to premium for the inconvience. After that my I got the decks delivered to me in 9 days in perfect condition, of which only 3 were working days (yeah, the timing was wild). Despite the problem I was left totally satisfied. Will most certainly order more decks in the future.

I ordered a few decks on Xmas holidays and only now I remembered to write a rewiew.
Very efficient service and super gentle with the costumer. They also added an extra deck because the shipment was late. Recommend this for all the one who wants limited decks. 5 stars absolutely deserved ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All the products purchased were top quality, although one deck was missing Tim quickly fixed the problem and I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend this store and will be coming for more!
