Claims items are in stock, but they are not.
I ordered on this site EVENTHOUGH the items were more expensive then most other sites because I saw that the items were IN STOCK and I needed them the week after for a birthday. We are now 14 days later and the IN STOCK items have not yet be shipped. I contacted the seller multiple times and he always kept saying "we are shipping the items tomorrow" so we would not cancel the order probably and buy them somewhere else. Very scumbag move, if you do not have them in stock don't advertise them as in stock so people won't buy on your site and buy them somewhere else and get them on time. I had to disappoint a person because you misadvertise on your site and lied multiple times to me. Won't buy here again.
Reply to company: Delay or no delay, that doesn't matter when you claim you have the items in stock. Even if they take months to deliver it to you, if you have them in stock you can ship them the next day. Also we contacted you 2 times and both times we got told the items would be shipped the next day. The delay has nothing to do with it. This was ordered through someone else for a birthday of a friend of mine so the name is indeed not correct. Ordernr : 25100

Thank you for you're help. And indeed we did not our best job with you're order and we are sorry for that. We are doing our best but sometimes we make also a mistake... . We had hoped that we received Hayabusa on Friday and than you're order was on Saturday at you're doorstep. We didn't make it this time. You have right about that. We always deliver and fast for 97% but sometimes we can't make it.

Great products from official fighting gear brands! Both clothes and gear as well.
Great packaging and on time delivery & Great customer service as a shop.
So really good and well rounded place for shoping.
Very happy with it
Points for improvement: include even further products from other brands as well. Though Venum and Hayabusa are my favourite, so since these two are included, then is already perfect. But why not see more as well. :)
