If a payment becomes 30 days or more past its original due date, we are unfortunately required to report it as late. However, you can improve your credit score by catching up on past due payments and making subsequent payments on time. We offer repayment plans at no extra cost.

We also assess other factors to help inform us of a borrower's ability to repay -- late and missed payments may hurt a borrower's credit score as well as our ability to lend to more customers.
