Poor Communication, Will Not Follow Up On Missing Statues
I ordered a statue August of last year, several months after statues release, I sent an email asking where the statue is. The statue at this point had been released for at least 4 months at this time. They have not sent a single email to me asking for a shipping fee or anything regarding the statue. I got a response in a few days telling me the statue was lost before it made it to them, the only options was store credit or a paypal refund with a 3-6% fee. They were unable to issue me a refund without the fee since its been more than 6 months. Mind you, the time of contact regarding the statue was in March, 7 months after purchase. They had 4 months to contact me about the status of the statue and didn't. Now I have to eat a huge fee because of their negligence. I've ordered easily 5 digit dollar value of statues from other sites and all of them informed me when there are issues in transit. One also reached out to me when an order needed to be redelivered due to a shipping issue. This is the first order I made from Figure Choice and it'll be my last. When I make orders over $500 and multiple of them, I need a company that can update me on issues on my orders. Not sit back until you have to reach out months later.
