Me myymme pääosin poisto- ja jäännöseriä, joita ostamme suomalaisilta valmistajilta, maahantuojilta ja tukkuketjuilta. Kyseiset erät eivät ole syystä tai toisesta löytäneet tietään kaupan hyllylle ja ovat sen takia vaarassa joutua hävikiksi. Syynä voi olla esimerkiksi tuotteen poistuminen valikoimasta, uudistunut myyntipakkaus, liian suuri varasto tai lähestyvä parasta ennen -päiväys. Olemme sitä mieltä, ettei näitä tuotteita kannata hävittää, vaan tuoda ne mieluummin luontoa säästäen jokaisen ostettavaksi halpaan hintaan. Samalla helpotamme myös toimittajiemme arkea ostamalla heiltä eriä, jotka eivät ehkä muuten menisi kaupaksi. Varastomme sijaitsee Keravalla ja toimistomme Ruoholahdessa, Helsingissä. Ajattelimme Fiksuruoan olevan turhan haastava nimi muualla kuin Suomessa ja siksi Suomen ulkopuolella meidät tunnistaa nimestä Foodello.

Very good.
I have ordered food and household items from Fiksuruoka, which aims to reduce leftover foods and household items - and other products from going to waste.
Fiksuruoka always states the best before -dates in the food items. They usually ship in the time they promise, and most of the products have not passed their "best before" date.
The shipments are well packaged, generally. A few times I have received potato chips that have been crushed to smithereens, but it may be caused by courier mishandling the package.
I once had a complaint and they very quickly resolved the issue and reimbursed with other products or discount coupons.
The only thing that I sometimes find irritable is that they sometimes send wrong products. That's the only reason I'm not giving a five-star rating.
