The return system is terrible (even inside Denmark!). Filibabba has stayed back in time, first I had to print a piece of paper and fill it up by hand, and then I had to buy the postal label in my own. Totally inefficient and time consuming
Filibabba does not provide an invoice to clients and ignores the petitions via email. Already 4 times. Do not answer to my review asking me to contact you. You have 4 emails asking for an invoice already.
With that pricetag i would have expected the zipper to last more than a couple of washings (handwash programme). My son loved it but based on durability I wouldnt buy it again.

i have yet to receive my parcel despite being shipped 18 days ago..What is worse is that i have no update on the parcel tracking...it is somewhere in Germany since then. I am quite disappointed as i have been very pleased with their products.
The baby nest is cute, but not practical. You almost have to destroy the cover of the mattress while removing it for washing and the cover of the „snake“ cannot be removed. The little things that hold the leather band are under too much tension and look as if they will soon tear apart.

Like with any other baby nest on the market, it can be a bit of a struggle to wash it. Therefore, we recommend that you wipe off stains with a damp cloth and only wash the nest if needed. When designing the nest, we decided that it should not be possible to remove the cover of the "snake", as it might be challenging to put it back in place after washing.
